Likes

Canteen food and canteen environment which is above average
Classrooms are air conditioned and the sizes of classrooms are big
Almost all the classes have projectors which is very beneficial

Dislikes

Infrastructure is the biggest dislike and the tiles are broken
Ground is not properly built but there is greenery

Specially my course is really nice it's BMS which is really great but they are qualified but know how to teach and handle the class subjects are nice. Exams held twice in sem.

From 3rd year students become eligible for campus placement, companies that hire are Deloitte, BCG, Bain and Company, EY, Decathlon and others highest package was of 4-5 LPA of which juniors have heard that's kinda of nice as a starting job which I think without any other qualifications. My plans are to study consulting more and get a job in a big well known consulting firm then after some time I am gonna start a start-up.

Fees and Financial Aid

Exact fees including tuition fees 31845 We have to buy books of our own but the college provided us Microsoft 365 subscription for free on our college email IDs which is really good for us and there is an increase in fees every year is a good amount which is kinda of bad for students who come from not a wealthy background but some concessions are provided to them too

Campus Life

The name of annual fest is Kalrav it's kinda basic one only the range is pretty good which the Library offers their quality is also pretty good. Facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are great which includes air conditioners and smart boards with projectors, our college supports sports which include baseball, fencing, football, volleyball and much more and are basic. We have over 30 student-led societies which are pretty great and one can get really nice experience and exposure in it.

Admission

Eligibility for BMS is calculated on CUET score which includes Maths, English and General Test and different seats are also available for quotas of Muslims, minorities, sports, ECA and all. Exams includes end semesters internals and assignments provided by the teachers which are kinda easy but no-one really studies for it, they are subjective exams which I think should be converted to objective exams

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

I applied for this college because of 2 main reasons to be exact..one, its co-ed, after studying in co-ed schools my whole life it would have been hard of I applied for all women's college. 2nd its infrastructure and NIRF ranking, even tho its an off campus college, its still one of the best colleges under DU. Good college for Life science.

I had a chance to float and choose other colleges of Delhi University But this college has everything which a modern infrastructure college wants and lab facilities for sciemce students is much good than north campuses. Modern infrastructure of this college gives competition to North campus of delhi university. I applied for Delhi university and colleges which i selected was Hindu college,Ramjas college,SGTB khalsa,Deen dayal upadhyaya ,kirori mal college,etc. But in first round i Got Deen dayal college so i continued with it and froze my seat . Later on E mail came from college for joining. Your documents verification occurs in november and you are given a more chance if you are not able to submit the documentt. Eligibility of my course: PCB background with 60% in 12th And tou should apply for CUET and select subjects like Physics, chemistry and biology also English(qualifying). The course is available in the cutoff list of DU.
