- The faculty is way too good compared to other reputated Universities. The teachers are very helpful and they provide lots of study material
- Syllabus is very compact and is fully according to the "New Education Policy" they strictly follow NEP and many more practical knowledge
- The infrastructure is too good to compare. The environment is very calm and perfect for concentration.
Dislikes
- Some more companies and startups should be introduced in order to get better placement offers.
- Industrial visit and more of practical learning should be introduced as it is very important to practically apply the theoretical knowledge.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good. It's almost similar to the Calcutta University. Whichever domain you will choose it will prepare you for the practical assessment. There should be more industrial visit and surveys to increase our practical knowledge. The timing of exams for 50 marks is 2 hour which is more than enough. And if you study thoroughly you can score a good cgpa.
Internships Opportunities
TCS provides internship opportunities to the students working from home. Content writing internship are also there. They provide a good stripend. They will give you short projects which you have to complete in the given deadline and the stripend will be provided to you after one month of working.
Placement Experience
While studying 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that are very much engaged with our college are Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Wipro etc. Almost 75% student get placement with good package every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it is a government college the tution fees are very nominal. For 1 year ther charge you 25000 which any student can repay when they will get a job. The placement provided by the college will be more than 250000. You will also get Swami Vivekananda Scholarship where you will be getting 12000 every year and science students will get 18000.It is very much affordable.
Campus Life
Every festival is celebrated in the college. You can enjoy Freshers party then farewell party Basonto Utsav , Saraswati Puja etc in the college. Also they organise so many events like so many MBA colleges and some famous banks like SBI be a part of our events and they provide career counseling. Indian Army, Airforce, Merchant Navy officers also join the events. Every year annual sports is being held and there is sports club where you can play table tennis badminton football etc.
Admission
You have to get atleast 75% marks in class 12 to be eligible for this course. Application form will be available in the college official portal. There are no such application fees it's free of cost. Application dates are provided in the college website in notice board section. There is no such entrance exam you need to clear to get admission in this college.
Faculty
The teachers and the professors are highly qualified. It has the best teaching faculty. They make us understand each and everything in a very efficient manner. It's truly appreciateable. Most of the teachers has completed their PhD and some of them also did MBA.
