The curriculum comes from GTU, So it will be the same for all the GTU-affiliated colleges. and the truth is it is very informative. but one thing is it feels outdated because the curriculum has not been updated for years and this is not the college's problem. otherwise, it is not like you would not learn anything. but if you want to crack internships and placements you have to put efforts on your own and learn skills needed in the industry right now.

internships offered come in the last year of college. but you have to prepare before appearing for the interview for the interview. and majority of the offers comes from Ahmedabad and vadodara. But here is 15 days internship after 3rd year completes. that you have to find yourself and that is very difficult cause no one wants an intern for just 15 days. and I don't know what is that rule.

My college ( SVIT ) is a reputed college and as far as I know in tech, the placements are decent like 70 to 80 % with an average package of 5 LPA and also there are internships offered. companies come into the college are like TCS, Wipro, L n' T and other local companies from around. the top package goes around 7 LPA. The college also has a training and placement cell that handles all the placement-related procedures and they also conduct mock placements in the college from time to time to prepare the students with the interview and GD and coding and aptitude tests.

Fees are average i say, it is 74k per year for four years and you can pay every semester and it is little lower side than other collages in vadodara with 1 or 1.25 lakhs are normal fees. First Scholarship comes into play when you take admission you can take admission in TFWS (Tution fee weiver scheme) in this scheme you don't have to pay any fees. it will all be paid by the government. but is very difficult to get this scholarship as it is given to top 3 students only. note: when you opt for tfws seats also opt for normal seats in low priority as you might not get in tfws all the time and you might miss the chance of admission. after that when you have taken admission in normal seat and you got more than 60% in 12th or diploma. you can go for mysy or gujarat scholar ship in which mysy gives 50% per year but you can't fail in any subject throughout the course and gujarat scholarship gives 20k per year with same condition.

The campus is just amazing like it is not that big but it is decent huge and it is equipped with all the facilities from parking to a garden and all the sports equipment is available with a badminton court, cricket and football ground also available. when we talk about canteen. It is just great and you can get different types of fast-food available in the canteen. the price is a little bit higher than normal but it is decent.

the admission process is handeled by the ACPC (admission commission for professional courses) and it just start after one or two months of 12th result and you have to file your choice collages and when the results are announced you would know that you got the seat or not. the choice filling is in ascending order from most to the least.

The faculty members are qualified. and I mean it like the majority faculties have done master's before coming here and some are still pursuing the Ph.D. and they are also very humble and supportive of the teaching and term work. and one thing I want to tell is the frequency of faculty leaving the college is very low as compared to other colleges I heard about in other colleges faculties leave jobs in one year on average for a higher salary and keep doing this. but it is not the case with SVIT.
