I really love the campus it's very huge and the canteen in the college is to nice. The staff members are friendly sometimes.
They ready have good sports team and many events taking place in the campus
There are many fest in the college, the best one among them is ethnic day

Dislikes

It's very strict , Like u can't grow hair , beard , etc .
Formal dress is compulsory on Monday and Tuesday with tie and you have uniform to wear over a week
They are too strict with your attendance

The course I took was , BA JOEN ( journalism and additional English) . The teacher methods very really simple and easy to understand but with only few subjects but few were really hard to understand. The portions were completed on time and we were given enough time to prepare for exam

Class Size: 800Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For the course I took , my fees was 60000 1st year and they took 3000 for uniform . First for the admission I had to pay 42k and then 18 before the semester exam . The employment opportunity are really great in this college and the internships play an important role in college

There are a wide range of fest happening in this college, you will find fest happening almost everyday in the auditorium. And the campus is really a good place to go have a look . And it's a green campus and a very peaceful campus.

Eligibility was 40%+ Application are found in college website Dates all are informed in college website Admissions are done with a interview process where the students are selected and called for attending a zoom interview and that's how they are selected

The teacher are really nice and I could interact with teachers any time I want , during college hours and they are really humble . They guided me out with a lot of thing and they are well qualified. They put a lot of efforts in every individual.

Performing Arts have more of practical things as from acting to direction we are taught everything. History and Theory as some theory part and the kind of career path that our course provides, I think for students interested in this, should join our course at Christ University.

A good college for starting your new journey

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a bachelor of arts degree in criminology, psychology and english optional. The branches of criminology and psychology are upcoming in India in the present time. Course taught is revelant and in present. It is regularly updated. I chose tge course mainly due to criminology. Various aspects of the subject is covered in 6 semesters such as forensic, ballistics, cyber, laws, victimology etc. They do take us on field visits. There is one mid sem exam and one final exam. There is record work as well as assignments given at regular interval. The difficulty level is medium.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements towards the final semester of their course. Currently, I have only been using the help of my faculty for internship opportunities, since I am not looking for placements. But they have connections with big names in the communication sector, and they often have personalities coming in to give talks and interact with the students. A great number of students opt for placements and approximately 90% of them do end up getting posted at really good companies. Others choose to continue with higher education. My plan after receiving my degree would be to take up a diploma in literature in the UK, while simultaneously finding myself a position at a good publishing house there.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

From my seniors, I hear that 20/30 % of students from our college get placed. But now being in my final sem I know the reality. For covid and lockdown, the placement sector has been badly hit. Only a handful of companies came this year (5/6 companies). 4/5 people from our batch are placed but no placement for the big chunk of people. From 5th sem students become eligible for placements but in 5th sem, no company came to our college for placement this year. Only in the 6th sem, the placement cell started. Companies that visited till now ( some of them came to take interns and didn't offer full-time jobs) 1) Clevertize, 2) Social Panga, 3) Robert Bosch GmbH, 4) Saatchi & Saatchi, 5) Publicis, 6)PR Pundit, 7) McKinsey, 8) Edsol Edtech, 9) Momo Media, 10) MSL, 11) Genesis BC, Offers: 1.5-3 LPA (average). I plan to send CVs personally to companies through LINKEDIN and other job search platforms because the college hasn't provided us with good placement offers as claimed.

Realy good college changed my a lot in a good way, the College changed my thinking and behaviour patterns and also made me a better person the faculty and principal are very caring and dear people who are always ready to help
