Likes

My college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments
The infra of this college is fabulous. Classrooms and libraries are well maintained
they offered more internships in the first year itself so that we, as students, could gain more confidence in our attitude and personality development.

Dislikes

But the college timings are not appropriate for students
They did not open the engineering gate for engineering campus
Hostel foods are not good and warden is so strict

Course Curriculum Overview

They follow the anna University curriculum but SNS is an autonomous college so the SNS college changed Little some curriculum that help the students to understand easily. I think the curriculum is quite good compared to other colleges

Internships Opportunities

Lots of tier two companies are come for internship and they give better stipend to the students The starting stipend for the student is 10k and the college conduct the DT(design thinking) course for showing the project and I made a website for my sem project and my project name is vehicle breakdown management system

Placement Experience

The placement of my college is quite good when compared to other colleges. If I'm not placed in my college i put a additional course in some other colleges to get a job.after completing my b.tech degree i want to start a startup company

Fees and Financial Aid

They provide Free sets for 7.5 reservation quota students and they gave offer for the counseling students and they also provide the scholarship for the student who father's salary is below 200k and they give some special scholarship for the who performed well in the semester

Campus Life

My college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The infra of this college is fabulous. Classrooms and libraries are well maintained. SNSCTE Campus is an wi-fi enabled campus and my overall experience in my college is so good when compared to other colleges

Admission

The eligibility of my course is taking 80% in their 12th and cutoff should be above 160 and they don't have any entrance exam for my course the main aspects of the college is i don't like the process It took more time for joining the college

Faculty

There are lot of staff for each department ,the students to staff ratio is good, there are so many friendly staff are in the college,these staff give more seminar to the students so it's easy for the student to study

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Life At SNS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

When I approached many reputed Institutions in coimbatore Minimum they askes for about 10 lakhs of donation and fees didn't include. Fees was the major obstacle why i didn’t choose other reputed college. When i reaches other college they were not up to standards and placement was very poor.
