Comprehensive and Honest Review of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology

I choose the CSE course as it is up to dated along with the lastest industries requirement and also get modified as there are changes in the field. The curriculam prepares welll for the industry that you can apply the knowledge to the real world problems and master your stream or interest area. The exams are taken 3 times for theory course and 2 times for lab course and the gap between them is sufficient to prepare and ace the exam.

Here the students are eligible to apply for interships from their 3rd year and during the placemnts season also companies visit here to take inters for various projects but the interships opportunities are not good here as comapred to full time role. But the companies which take intern are for mainly technical projects.

To eligible for placements, one must have completed all his/her credits of the course and other eligibilty is according the company's placement criteria. Various companies had vistied our college like Amazon, Google, Infosys,TCS,Adobe etc. with various number of offers ranging from 10L to 1Cr. The highest package was of 1.05 Cr and the average package is aroudn 13L with 90-95% students placed every year

Here the total tutuion fee for the batch 2022-26 is around Rs. 1200000 for 4 years and Rs. 800000 for hostel and mess(Rs. 100000 per semester) and hike is around Rs. 50-70K per new batch enrolled. Various scholarships are provided either of UP/Central Goverment or Jaypee's private scholarship to the needy and eligigble students. Campus placments are done well every time with 90-95% students placed every year with a good package.

There are two annual fests named IMPRESSIONS and CONVERGE taking is Sector 62 and 128 campus respectively in either end of Feb or starting of March. There is a vast library here with more than 5000+ books for preapring for placements or any competitive exam. Classes are equipped with latets technologies to aid the teaching process. Here, the sports facilities are there but not that much, if you are already a good player in the sport only then there is a scope for you in college sports. Various college clubs are here ranging from technical to cultural which can help you to gain real world experiance and have a good interaction with juniors and seniors.

You are provided with a bed, almirah, chair, study table and a shelf per person in a room with sharing of 2 persons in a room. The hostel mess food quality is good as compared to the rumours that hostel food is very bad. When you register for your semester, then you have the option to opt for hostel or not.

To enroll in the CSE cousre, One must have PCM along with any other subjects in their Senior Secondary education. The admission can be taken either by JEE MAINS score or either by BOARDS percentage. The amplication form is availabe on college's website and application's last date is after few days of JEE ADVANCD exam. Reservation benefits are also availabe. There is no separate exam for admission.

The faculty members are from the prestigious institiutes of India like IIT holding various degrees and research papers in the latest technolgy. They have a vast knowledge about their subjects as well as of others of their interest. The faculty student ratio is 1:15 i.e. per faculty there are 15 students. Also, for doubt solving, you can ask them either in class or can go to their cabin after class, they never deny or try to postpone that they can't solve it now. Overall, facultites here are good.
