College management is decent. They collect good amount of money from students but at the same time provide facilities. They like to conduct everything in a lavish way.
Entrance Preview
CAT and MHCET. I had scored 97 percentile. I opted for this course because it gave me a holistic view of the management from Business perspective.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was refreshing. It has trimester pattern.6 Trimesters over a period of 2 years. It gave depth understanding about each subjects and specializations chosen.
Internships Opportunities
My college internship experience was fantastic. i got an opportunity to work with biggest FMCG i.e. Pepsico. It gave me an insight of the corporate world. The general stipend offered is Rs 8000 - Rs 10000 per month.
Placement Experience
Placements are were good. Almost all students in our batch of 520 were placing barring those who opted out of placements. Major companies which came to our campus were from IT and Banking sector. Companies like Infosys, deloitte, Wipro, CTS, SBI, IDBI, BOI, SBI, Ruchi Soya etc.
College Events
Impact - Biggest cricket tournament among Management colleges hosted by Welingkar.NHRDN - National human resource Development network at Kingdom of dreams - Gurgaon. AMDISA - Associate management development institute of South Asia.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are moderately expensive. It collects money in 4 equal instalments. During our time the fees was 5 lakhs for 2 years for Full time MBA which was collected in 4 equal instalments of 1.25 lakhs each.
Fees and Financial Aid
I haven't avail any of these and I am not aware much about it. But once you enrol for the course lots of bank offered educational loans.
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing - the one to die for. There is never a dull moment. Gender ratio is fairly equal. A ratios of 55 - 45 percent for Boy to girl is found. Never heard about any discrimination on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics or economic status at Welingkar campus.There was a biased for action in the college campus.
Hostel Facilities
I was a day's scholar. Had visited Hostel. It is nice and well maintained. There are twin sharing rooms available with Air conditioners. Lots of food joints available to order food at will in the surrounding area. Hostel didn't have mess, College food was
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is strong. Every year Alumni meetings are conducted an all students are invited to share and participate their experience. A repository of all students since its inception is maintained the Welingkar placement cell.
Exam Structure
