It is good overall. I found it good. They are all sp approachable. They too provide carrier councelling. It is good to be a part of the college They are very friendly and helpful in every side. The college ground and environment is also beautiful. They provide extra curricular activities

The campus of the college is so beautiful. Like all day you can sit here and enjoy with your friends. The staff of the college is so good and friendly. They are sk helpful I'm good to be in such college

The addmission process is good in the college. It happens online as well as offline . They are very friendly and the staff is good. They provide slots for extra curricular activities in the admission procedure

The teaching staff is good. The faculty members is good. They provide good notes to everyone . It is good to be a part of the college. They provide many facilities. The environment is good overall. The teachers are friendly and are good to interact. We cam often interact with them without any hesitation.

In and outs: An Insight to my Institution

Course Curriculum Overview:

The institution provides a vast syllabus prescribed according to the courses . I did hons in english so in my field I had to study a vast syllabus ranging from ancient greek and roman literature to modern dramas The English course consists of poems, dramas, novels, novellas and many other. The course or syllabus is varies with different stage of semester or year In the first semester we had study the follows Greek literature and epic Roman literature Early indian literature In the second semester Roman literature Indian literature In the third semester Popular literature British literature American literature ....... The proficiency of students is checked in the exams where in the first sessional the level of questions remain easy Moderate to difficult in the second sessional and increases the level of difficulty with the progression of semesters If I will talk about the pros of the course It gives an insight of to the vastness of the world of literature which helps the students in different fields. It gives an opportunity to study different stories written by different writers from different countries and helps in to learn the culture, language, society, polity and the history of a particular period of literature movement. It also helps the students to think critically and creatively to utilise it in the real life scenarios. There are also some cons of this course It's vastness can sometimes make students burnt out completely due to the vastness of the course and the limited time frame where you have to cover everything from poems, novels with 300 pages to seminars , internships

I don't think they need a improvement on teaching . But exam timing isn't fine . 9 AM isn't untolarable we can't reached the college too early

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teachers should be cut slack to maintain their mental health. They are not provided enough rest. The exam schedule are not at all managed properly. It is quite hectic and students fail to cope up with it

I didn't make it there because the course I wanted to study was not there . The admission process is merit based . Improvement in Sports activities needed

I applied for EFLU (Shillong Campus), Central University of Karnataka, Tezpur University, Gauhati University and Dibrugarh University and some of their affiliated colleges like Darrang College, DHSK College and many more. I did get pass through the merit lists of Karnataka, Darrang and DHSK.
