- the discipline regarding rules and regulation of vit vellore is the best thing i can ever find in any college
- the shops and facilities are provided within the campus itself and cleanliness of campus is very good
- and a personal guider (procter) is assigned to all of the students which is valuable for everyone.
Dislikes
- outing time of vit is very less according to me.
- for every night time outing within the campus we need to take the procter's permission which is very strict and not needed
- there are less facilities outside the campus(inside the vellore )
Course Curriculum Overview
the cource and curriculum of the vit is effective and valuable for future . But some of the cources are irrelevent for student according to there branch in 1st year. But this issue is already solved by vit by giveng the option to the student of selecting cources and also the timmings for classes for more benifitial cirriculum according to ones.
Internships Opportunities
Many of the internships are provided by many of the big companies and by the college itself therefore the internship providing facility is much better than comparison to other colleges the most internships are held in 5th semester of 3rd year
Placement Experience
Many of the companies comes to the VIT Vellore college placement and many of the students get the job in above average packages and super dream packages.But then also the ratio of students those who get the job and didn't get job is much higher the number of students not getting job through the college placement is much higher than the job offered in VIT college placement super dreams packages are offered only to the toppers or to the good rank holders and brilliant students getting job for an average student is becoming impossible Day by day bhai College placement therefore of campus placement is the way selected by many of the students
Fees and Financial Aid
There are five categories according to the thank you scored in VIT entrance exam.The studentthe students scoring lower rank in entrance exam can get there preference of the branch in lower categories which contain less fees .The fee structure increases category wise first category have lowest fees and fifth category have the highest fees .But the average fees of VIT Vellore is little higher in comparison to other colleges .
Campus Life
The overall experience with campus life is one of the best experience with the good natural environment with cleanliness and with beautiful roadways inside the campus there are all facilities for example shops cafes Ice cream parlour are provided within the campus itself and taking participation in clubs also very easy and valuable for the future improvement
Hostel Facilities
80% of hostel blocks are very impressive with their infrastructure and mess also they have good and big rooms with space facilities specially in premium block but in other hostel blocks like f there there are many rooms made for single bed but converted into two bed by the help of bunk bed which is not good and special most lovely all blocks have decent mess but one or two block have little bit less good mess
Admission
The cut offthe cutoff of VIT entrance exam is bit lower for every branch in comparison to jee Mains the question paper level was also little bit similar to the JEE mains exam .ND admission in VIT Vellore is also little easier in comparison to the other good Engineering College the thing they can improve in admission process is making the counselling little bit later after all the entrance examination
Faculty
the interaction between teacher and student is very nice and student can approch teacher any time by contacting them themselfs . and there is 1 teacher in class of 70 students. Most probably 90% of teachers are excellent in vit but some of the teacher which are known as blacklisted teachers are not worthit for taking classes.
