Course Curriculum Overview
According to the curriculum you have to maintain minimum credits in a semester that's basically around 20 credits. Each of the subject will be having different credits. The more the credits the more the number of classes in a week. Basically you have to do 20 credits each semester
Internships Opportunities
The students gets internship inside campus and outside campus. An aerospace engineering senior got internship in Boeing and has a stipend of 25000 and internships and placement are just based on your skills
Placement Experience
The placement in the college is based on your performance and if you perform well and maintain the gpa you'll get a good package from the placements. The most of the students who sit for the placement gets placed. They get avg around 4lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure in the college is based on the course you choose and the rank you get in the VITEEE exam which basically conducted by the university itself. I scored like 78k in the exam and you can choose the course according to the category. The fees structure is divided into 5 category. The first category is having a fee of 2 lakhs per annum. The second category is around 3 lakhs and 3rd will be around 3.75 and 4th category will be having 4 lakhs and 5th category has like 4.8 lakhs . You'll get scholarship if your the board topper or the exam topper in you 12th board
Campus Life
There is wide variety of students in the college and the college will be always packed with students. Therfore they have a big number of clubs which is technical and non technical. The technical clubs Focuses on the skill development area while the non technical clubs helps bring the extra curricular activities of students
Hostel Facilities
The number of students in the college is quite high so most of the hostels are under construction. The mess if not that great. The mess food is not good some students got food poison sometime. The fees is of hostel and mess is around 1.45 lakhs
Admission
Admission process is based on the entrance exam. VITEEE will be conducted in every state of the country every year and you have to choose PCM or PCB according to what course you require and for the admission you have maintain a minimum of 60% in PCM or PCB in your 12th board exams. The exams are easy and there's no negative marking.
Faculty
Overall the faculties are good but there are some bad faculties but it's okay if you avoid them while doing the ffcs which is a procedure to choose your faculty and the timings to your will. The ffcs will be conducted every semester. It will be conducted by different slots if you get the last slot you'll be having bad faculties
