Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is good though some changes are needed and semester wise study time is needed to be increased,as it's quite difficult to complete syllabus in such time. But if one can try,it is possible to study the whole thing.
Internships Opportunities
One can mail to different professors of different universities from 2nd year 3rd semester, or they can just do their internship in the university itself. Though students get great opportunities of intership in different fields.
Placement Experience
From 3rd semester of masters degree, students are eligible to attend campusing,for placement. Though it varies yearly,how much companies are recruiting candidates. Majority of students get approval in good market.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is much affordable than other universities. Though financial support like different scholarship is available. University itself conducts various scholarships and government scholarships are also available.
Campus Life
The campus life is great,there are two yearly fests. And many sports events are there regarding these. The library is accessible for every student and huge numbers of book is available and issuable from there.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are sharing.You'll get your bed, mattress, locker, study table and chair. The hostel is huge with playground at the centre. Fees is so affordable,the bed rent of the hostel is just 200 rs. monthly.
Admission
To get admission in Presidency University,one have to attend the PUBDET and PUMDET examination conducted by WBJEE for bachelors and masters respectively. The cut off is not so high but it's difficult to qualify in the exams.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified,with doctoral and post-doctoral degrees. They pay attention towards everyone very carefully. The faculty is very helpful in both case of academic and mental aspects.
