The campus of our college is quite big and good. As we have lots of trees
The faculty members are experts in their respective subjects
The placement of our college is nice as compared to the other colleges present in belgavi district.

Dislikes

The hostel facilities are not at all good.
The cost of the hostel is more so most of the students will prefer pgs..
The mess food which they give in hostel mess is not good.

Course Curriculum Overview

My department is computer science and engineering. I have chosen this branch as I have decided in 12th. My family member and my cousins influenced me to take this course. The curriculum gives a an overview idea about the real world applications of the CSE branch. The labs has to be updated.

Internships Opportunities

Tye students of 3rd year like the students studying in 6-7 semester will be getting internship opportunities. And they will be getting stipend for it.As I'm in 1st year I don't know the names of specific companies which provides the internship...

Placement Experience

The students are eligible from 6th semester for placements... More number of companies visit our campus and we have a good and decent placement here... The company like PALO ALTO NETWORK gave the highest salary of 45lpa for 2023 batch CSE students...

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no such hikes if you come through kcet. But if you take the admission through management quota seat then every year there will be increase in fees. The complete cost if you take admission through kcet will be around 5 lakh(excluding hostel and mess charges).

Campus Life

Our college conduct AVALANCHE a technical fest wherein you can get the chance to compete with all the years of competitors... Also there will be one the biggest festival in district and everyone will be waiting for it it's non other than AURA... It's held 4 days and all the 4 days there will be lots of fun and dances singing competitions and many more...

Hostel Facilities

The facilities provided in the room are not good and not bad too... As we have got spacious rooms with individual cupboard and also on 3rd floor the washroom and toilet are attached to the room so there is no common washrooms on 3rd floor ... But also the bad thing about hostel is they didn't install the wifi facility yet and also they didn't install solar for warm water.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Admission

You need to complete your pre University education from any pu board. You need to write either KCET or COMED-K if you want to take merit seat. For KCET The application and related data you can find in KEA website.And for COMEDK you can refer their official website...

Faculty

All the faculty members are very well qualified. They provide very good guidance and mentorship.The physics faculty members are very kind and helpful. We can interact with the faculty members whenever required or needed.They will help us on calls and on WhatsApp messages also if necessary.. Overall the faculty members in GIT are very good.
