The course in first year is divided into parts the odd semester is generally having subjects like electronics chemistry workshop civil computer and chemical technology In the second semester we have electrical mathematics physics professional communication graphicsand mechanics subjects From 2 nd year we start with our own subjects and it continues till final year

The opportunity which we get here in internship is quite okay as of first year no paid internship are given but I think from 3rd year we get placement opportunities on the basis of our cgpa we are alloted respective internship opportunities and on the badis of skills which wr knowone placement representative is chosen among the class and is made a tpr representative and she finds internship opportunities for all

The placements in hbtu is always been a key concern as being the top state university it lacks in some things and specially at placement point the placement of cs and it branches is somewhat good and technology branches like oil paint chemical plastic letaher have food ratio of placements around 98-100% For core branches like civil mechanical electrical electronics the placement is not so good but overall if I say the top package of around 25-30 lpa comes here and minimum of 5 lpa also but mean pavkage is around 8-9 lpa

The fee structure here is not a problem as fees gor first year is here just Rs 134500 and for hostel we give around 21250 + 3500 as security to DSW and remaining 36000 for hostel mess so collectively around 200000 is for one year. Also the scholarship is also awarded to financially weak students and whose family income is less than rs 60 thousand per year Moreover some fee waiver seats are also present for meritorious students on the basis of their jee main ranks some get fee waiver seat in which we have to pay just RS60000 per year also up scholarship around 100000 for sc 65000 for obc 60000 for general comes here So fees is not an issue according to my perspective

The life in hbtu is fun we get exposure not like good colleges like iits but then also we have our 12 societies here like we have different clubs in which we can be a part of like roboclub aeroclub technika literary sub council gruv yoga sub council and many more Also fests like aagaz and adhay holds here every year in which some filmstar comes and we people enjoy, the library facilities are available from 10 am to 7 pm like w e can do anything which we want but only things if we want everything is easy

In hbtu we have two Campuses One is east campus and other is west campus In East campus we have 2 boya hostel lv new and old and rest 8-10 girls hostel and remaining department building like main building library vc office comes in East campus in West campus we have around 10 boys hostel and shatabdi bhawan no girls hostel is in West campus.the quality of hostel is fine we get 24 x 7 electricity wifi availability and infrastructure is also quite okay if we think as state government college

The admission process through which our batch of 2023 went is like We have filled the hbtu counseling form other than jossa as it is a state top universitiy so does not comes under central government so it's counseling also started at the same time I have came to know about this college through a counsellor at fiitjee and sir has recommended this college . After fulling my application form and choice of filling , the result of first round had come then we have got option of freeze or float and then the second then third round & at last final round internal sliding has done then we have get our seat allotment letter then we have paid the fees and our college has started

The faculty which we get here in first year is mostly the guest faculty only some main professors come for teaching they are mostly mtech and PhD in their field they give us different pdf files for giving us an insight of the chapter in the form of notes , from second year we are alloted our regular faculty teachers and till final year it continues. Teachers are good and helps students in explaining concepts easily
