College Review Overall

My decision was fixed, that I'll be taking Physics only. Our curriculum is made by the University and our faculties represent us with them. They make everything understandable for us, even the beginner can turn into an expert, if they follow up with the teachers and self study. Course menthods and teaching methods including teaching us with smart boards and computers for the conceptual gain and understanding. Regular class tests are required for confidance boost.

I have no such details about that, as university curriculum it starts within a few months so I have no outlook, but one can get paid for such internships as they are planned. For knowledge seekers they can work with a scientist or senior research fellow with projects for their summer and winter internships.

Students at their final year are eligible for placements for BBA, BCom, BSc (Computer) only as per my knowledge, it may have changed also. I have no such plans after attaining the degree, currently I'm focusing on extra curriculars.

Scholarships are for people who have got 90%+ in their boards to avail it, for 6 semesters their fees for the course are reduced to a great extent, like 75-80% reduced fees for scholarship holders. Complete cost is around 1.4 lakhs for 6 semesters.

One can join many extra curriculars if interested, like we have Crescendo For Music, Enact Club for Drama, Flames for Dance, Elemental for Science, and etc. A model UN has been also formed to understand about UN and diplomatic relations. Public speaking classes are also organized for socially anxious people, to boost their confidence.

Cut off marks is 75+ for physics when I took the admission, so I got the first call in first merit list, and three lists are generated with lowest cut-off was 60 ish. Admission process is completely online and hassle free. But for University registration you have to be present physically with photocopies and orignal documents as requested.

For our Science Section, All the teachers I have came across has PhD and MSc in their specialized courses respectively. For physics, which is my course, our teachers will conduct classes even if only one student attends it. They are highly qualified and experienced teachers, they provide us with the guidance we need along with study materials. They prepare us for University Exams, especially in the Practical Exams. Overall they all are hardworking, but I suggest that they should conduct regular topic completion wise class test. Even if we have some problems other than academics like personal issues and all, we can ask our assigned mentors about it and they'll swiftly try to give a solution which is acceptable by us.
