All about Nirma University

In Nirma University the 1st year subjects are common to every branch. There are subjects which you have to learn in 1st year which are not related to your field still you have to learn to get the overall development and knowledge about every field. Specifically my course is designed in a very desired manner where we get the proper knowledge about the subjects and the practical work we do in labs and workshops which helps us to get ready for the real world jobs. I think that some subjects which we learn in 1st year were not needed to be studied but If we talk about the the curriculum of 2nd 3rd 4th year than it is exceptionally well. In one semester there are total 3 exams taken followed by the marks 20,50,100 and one practical exam where we have to perform it practically and give the viva for the same.

The placements of my college is descent. One can get an average package of 8 lpa(it may vary with the respective field) After 6 th semester you are eligible to place in placements and you even get an opportunity to do an internship after 6th semester. There are companies visited like Amazon, Mahendra ,tata,microns, and many more companies. The complete information about the companies visited and offered they made is available on website. Roundly about 92% gets placements. I would like to get the placement from my college and get a descent job and after 2 years I would be going to give CAT focusing to get the admission in IIMs

The college fees of B-Tech is around 115000 RS per semester which gives a figure of 2,30,000 per year. The affordability of the fees is completely personal and depends on one to one financial conditions but the university provides us all things which justifies the fees. There are many scholarships which are given to students such as Government scholarship -50% return back on original fees Nirma University scholarship - 50% return back on original fees Which roughly goes out 1,15000 per year This scholarships are not given to everyone there are some conditions and eligibility criteria to gain the scholarship and the main criteria is family income

NUZEAL , PRAVEG, VAUDEVILLE, ASHVAMADHE, AARAMBH these are some of the fests which are typically held. In November to February most fests are held . The library is so much big containing many books related to every field. There are more than thousands of books which are placed in library. The classrooms are very big and spacious. Each student have their own seat where in each seat contains a plug inside it which is the best thingto be there in classroom. There are projectors in the classroom making it easy for the presentations. College and there are sports clubs which provides the students to showcase their talent in sports. There are clubs like Team Arrow, Team Robocon,Team Stallion which gives the students to devote their extra time to the clubs after the college hours to showcase their technical skills and gives the students the opportunity to compete with other colleges throughout the country.

The admission process was quite smooth you can get admission in two ways either through Jee mains exam or through acpc rank (through the board) The application form, will find the form on the official website or you might search Nirma University Admissions There are many benefits to the people who are having reservations they can get admission at a low cutoff. There are 3 written exams and one practical exam in 1 semester.

The faculties of Nirma University are exceptionally well in teaching in their subjects. Every faculties holds a PhD degree. The faculty to students ratio is like 25:1 in labs and 80:1 in regular classes. The faculties do mentor the students regularly for the future guidance and the path they should follow. The faculties are very helpful you can approach them at any time and meet them within the college hours and after the college hours also you can directly mail them to ask the queries to them. The response from them will be within few hours.
