Likes
- I like the campus. Parul campus is one of the best in India. It is full of greenery.
- Parul University hostel have all the facilities like ac,hot water supply l, ro plant for drinking water, mess, gardens. In Parul campus there is various food court available near the hostel so that student can easily have food.
- The facilities of parul are well trained and educated they have the ability to teach the student well. They regularly have training session.
Dislikes
- The food of mess is average. some time the food is really good but sometimes it bad the constituency is not good.
- College timing is not particular my department don't give enough time for lunch they give us only 25-30 for lunch and as I am a hosteler I have to go to mess which is in other side of the campus its take time.
- Some time the senior faculty don't understand the problem of the student they just ignore the problem.
Course Curriculum Overview
Now a days after the COVID hit theryis a hike in medical course so I also deside to take a medical course I chose b.pharm because I love chemistry. I our labs we do all the industry grade tests and preform the experiments. And about the improvement the book we study I think is little bit out dated as we study books from 1990s which should be updated as I think. Exam's we have 2 internal exam and 1 external exam some time we have only 1 months gap between internal 1 and internal 2 which is not good as I think.
Internships Opportunities
We have a internship cell which take care of the internship. For medical students the provide internship in Parul hospital. The also provides intership in admission department. Intership cell is equipped with well trained staff.
Placement Experience
From the 7th sem you are eligible for placement. The number of company is more than 500 but in my department we have around 20-50 company visit. The highest pakage in the university is around 30lak. In my department the highest is 15lak. Average is around 5lak. I would take the placement in my campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our fee is 1.5 lak which includes 10k university and exam fee. There is various scholarships in different courses. As well as if you are from south they have fee reduction according to you 12th marks. There is various cash prize which also can help you. There is no amount hike we have to pay less every year by something around 1k per sem
Campus Life
We have various annual fest our all university annual fest is Dhoom but we have tech fest also which is called Projection as well as department have other fest like we have Pnarma fest. All the classes are equipped with projecter or smart boards. Ther is various group present in the college. There is annual sports for both university level and hostel level. We have various food court, garden, and open space. We also have hai open air theatre to watch movies. We have food parks, fountain etc
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel I equipped with ac if you choose. They gives us ek seperate desk and chair. We have 24*7 power supply with generator standby. 24*7 water supply and hot water in winter. The mess is good but sometimes it not feel good as the staff is not good in some mess. The food is good. The siting area is also good.
Admission
My eligibility of course is above 70% in 12th. The admission process is very simple there is separate people who will take care of your admission as easy as the can make. There is different admission office for different region of India which make it easy for students.
Faculty
Our faculty are very well trained and educated they mostly have doctorate degree. Ration is like per 100 students 2 teacher are there. The mentorship is very good we have 50 student 2 mentor who help us in every time we need the. Our interaction with teacher is very good if we need some help the are very helpful we can meet them easily. Our faculty is one of the best.
