I personally had a good hand on computers, so i preferred going with B. Tech CSE. And if we talk about the growth, then we all are well aware that it is the highest job provider among other branches. The first year syllabus makes you aware of other branches, there difficulties, there curriculum and all. The frequency of tests is like almost 2 months. And it is taken in 2 parts. First the mid term- 30 marks, then the end term- 50 marks, and 20 marks for teacher assessment.

There are several opportunities that are provided by the college in companies like Zomato, Geeks for geeks, Edureka and many more. But most importantly, we must rely on our self practice and discipline. This will help us to move aside the crowd.

From the 4th semester onwards, students are eligible to take part in the placement drive. 64% placement has been done uptil now for 4th year. The highest package offered is 55 LPA and average pkg is 6.5 LPA. My personal plan is to take a high paying job.

The current tution fees for 1 year is 180000 approx, and there is not much hike in this fee structure on annual basis. Total fees would be around 7-8 lakhs for 4 years. There are several scholarships provided like UP yojna and one depending on your personal merits, sports quota and many more.

My overall experience is pretty good uptil now. Mainly help events are Srijan - November, Dandia night- Nearly 9 durga pooja and many more. There is really a wide range of books available in the library related to several topics with more than 50,000 books. More than 15 sports are available in the campus.

I took the hostel services in the first year of my college life. There are 2 types of rooms, 3-seater and single seater. Free wifi, A.C services (paid), cupboard, common bathroom, etc. The hostel services are for 100000 approx.

The eligibility is just above 60 percentage in 12th class and there personal examination. All the details regarding admission is available on their official site. The reservation benefits are available and the assistant will surely guide you if asked. The exams takes place every 2 months with moderate difficulty. I would personally prefer to practice class 12th maths for smooth going of the course.

All the faculty that will be teaching you would mainly be P. Hd. So, qualification won't be an issue and they are pretty good at solving doubts. If made good connections, then the faculty's help could be really effective. The faculty-to-student ratio is also pretty good. And they are mostly available till 6 p.m, but if in emergency, you can contact them till 12 a.m.
