MSIT honest review

the curriculum is a bit similar to the current trend and they're keeping up with the emerging technology as well several changes in accordance with the NEP are being made and efforts are being put to improve the placements

after semester 6 students usually become eligible for campus placements which are mainly interns. proper placements are held at the end of final year. prestigious companies like adobe and Amazon visit the campus and a lot of students get placed with a high package.

the fee is to be paid at an yearly basis but that too is flexible according to one's needs. it costs around 6-6.5 lac for the total course of Btech and it is almost same for all the branches of Btech in the college.

There is a ground right in front of the MSIT building. though the campus is rather small but it is built intricately and is kept clean. canteen is not upto the mark. library is huge and the timings are great. it has a room specially dedicated for reading and most of the books required for your course could be found there. A plethora of societies are also there Prakriti being the biggest which is the cultural society. tark is the literary Society. octave is the music society and unity is for dance lovers

hostel is tolerable at most. the water quality is not good at all. mess charges are considerably high and the food quality is not good at all. wifi is provided but the timings of the wifi are not flexible as it only works in the evening and that too stops at several occasions. huge improvements should be made there are two options either you get a single room or a room with double occupancy... obviously the charges differ. the room comes with a wooden single bed and two cupboards and one chair table set made out of wood for each occupant.

The entrance exam is the JEE mains exam for Btech and CUET for admission into BBA or BCA. all the required information for admission are available at the college website and you can call the administration cell regarding specific queries. In a sem there are two examinations that are conducted one is the mid sem examination in the middle of semester and the other one is the end semester examination at the end of the semester the former is 1.5 hours long and the latter lasts for 3 hours and is conducted at another college of the IPU

most teachers are qualified enough for the job they're assigned. They are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They encourage you to ask questions and take interest in the subject and are highly approachable.
