Likes
- Professors for my branch are brilliant while teaching or in genral . Most of them are very helpfull .
- Attendance : in comparison to other colleges our college is lot more lenient on Attendance
- It has nice library and auditorium. And overall has decent infrastructure
Dislikes
- Maintenance: college lacks Maintenance as it has everything to be a lot more enjoyable. U can see this in washrooms, classes, sport grounds or labs
- Hostel: its been almost a year and we have , still not been alloted with hostel which is present in campus
- In every class there is a air conditioner which is not working
Course Curriculum Overview
Our university lack upgradation. As its lack some of the aspect which needs to be introduce to syllabus. Lab conditions are extremely poor they needed to be upgraded most of the instruments aren't working the right way
Internships Opportunities
There are are not a huge number of companies offering internships, we as a student need to find out internships in our own . offline internships is must for students to get admission in 3rd year . And major , minor projects are also compulsory.
Placement Experience
As i 2nd year student i lack in depth information about placement in our college. But i know we have in campus placement with highest package being around 10 lpa. As some of the local and national level companies visit
Fees and Financial Aid
The best part about the college is , it doesn't pressurize parent's pocket much as 1 year fees is 20 k . And most of the students get covered under scholarship, and you can even pay semester fee 4_6 late too
Campus Life
NO FEAST ARE ORGANIZED: we generally have tech feast called aveesh but i don't see that happing this year too . College lack any place to play any sport as nothing is well maintained nor basketball court , cricket ground, volleyball court, neither football ground
Hostel Facilities
Hostel allocation is pending for more than half year now . It would be great to get hostel in near future. Pg and rental apartments are although available near college. Don't go for RM HOSTEL( privet hostel ) .
Admission
Scoring higher marks in cgpet exam , will make u eligible in all engineering colleges in Chhattisgarh . including gecr. Cgpet is comparatively very easy exam. 50-60 % students are from reserved category which is a good thing. Admission process was pretty much smoth .
Faculty
As i already said faculty [ professors ] are brilliant while not only teaching but while helping students in genral life too . There are mentor for every 5-10 student. Most of the teachers are easily appreciable
Interview Experience
There where no gd rounds criteria for admission 1) score good rank in cgpet exam 2)apply for counseling 3) if your rank is higher than cut off rank than u will get admission Its simple as that with no complications
