According to me the curriculum practiced here is good enough to gain knowledge and get you basics strong and clear the part where they lack is to teach students the application of learned knowledge to be applied in real life situations and hospitals. Improvement in the field of practical knowledge would help students a lot with skills required to handle patients and act skillfully at hospitals . Teaching methods should lay more stress of teaching clinical cases and case studies and allow interactive session with students regarding the disease and management of patients . The frequency of examination is good every 3 months we have our exams and one professional exam at year end , difficulty level is moderate amd average hardworking student can get through the exam .the distribution of marks is 20 marks mcq /80 marks theory and passing criteria is 50 marks . Emphasis is laid on mcq preparation for further studies of students like neet pg,usmle etc. marrow test are also conducted

Internship opportunities at our college is moderate a very broad opportunity is not provided at hospital for learning due to low to moderate patient flow . Teaching staff is also not very skilled at hospital staff . Students and not provided much opportunity to practice on patients. Stipend offered is very low rs 10,000 only/- which is also not given on time and huge cuts are made in stipend money.

The tution fees including the mess ans hostel facilities is around 18 lac/ per year the entire course would cost you upto 70 lac including the missleneous fees . Increase in fees occurs every year depending upon the upgradation of college facilities and improvement. The compulsory charges include the security money of 3 lac which is returned after the completion of course if no fine against you has been charged. Other fees which need to paid is examination fees of 75,000 per year before each professional examination mandatory for all students. Hospital patient load is mild to moderate campus does not provide any additional placement options other than the rama hospital. Stipend paid to the students is very low rs.10,000/ month which is also not receive on time a lot of delay in payment is seen . Work load for interns is moderate not very hectic to be worried about . Scholarship and Cossesion are provided for students with low economic status and reservations.

Festival here are celebrated at University level include food and fun for the students engagement activities for students which allows active participation by students, provides a platform for them to showcase there talents . Many religious practices and practiced at the campus level involve students getting dressed up and celebrating festival's together. Our campus has quite a good library well maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities and books for students of various courses . Books can be issued whenever needed of the basis of duration of returning and handling of books . Sports equipments and courts are well maintained . students' can easily practice and play sports if intrested in various sports like football basketball volleyball, lawn tennis,badminton,table tennis . College promotes active involvement of students in sports a yearly University sports fest and interbatch sports fest is organised every year by students . Other extracurricular activities are promoted

Rooms are quite spacious as compared to other hostel enough space for two people/room is provided. the rooms are equipped with 2 fans, 2 tubelight,2 study tables ,2 chairs,2 beds , 1 almirah and window and small balcony . AC is installed in all rooms but remains non functional most of the time due to issues with power supply temprature becomes unbearable during summers. Mess facility is upto the mark provides moderately healthy and nutritious food often a lot of oily food is served . A lot of variation in menu is provided along with few delicacies like dinner is always provided with sweets . Other items on menu would be chole bhature, paneer paratha are really good . They serve a lot of patotato on there menu, apart from this salads, pickle and dahi are regularly provided at lunch. Even if you opt for pg or rental you have to compulsory pay the hostel fees . Hostel affordability is quite okay is equivalent to renting a pg room. Registration is quite easy and simple process

The course offers you mbbs degree you are eligible to enter the course only if you pass the neet ug examination. After which you have to select rama medical college in college prefferance list in online allotment of seats. Reservation benefits are not provided no consession is given on fees for economically weaker sections . Areas of improvement in admission process would be they should provide more transparency to parents and students regarding the fee structure payment methods and availment of conssesion a lot the extra charges and fees are involved later on which are not informed before also the promises made at the time pf admission are not often fullfilled upto the mark . It often becomes difficult for parents to get such huge amounts on short notices for payment.

Faculty members are knowledgeable but are unable to convey the same level of knowledge to the students there is gap between the passage of information. A unbothered way of teaching is practiced by most of the faculty members which is not beneficial for the students. Some faculty members are extremely good at there delivery of knowledge and students can easily grasp them which helps quite a lot to reduce the burden of studies to be done yourself. Practical knowledge implicated by professor helps to remember concepts well and for longer durations. Faculty members are quite approachable you can ask for help everytime you feel like individual departments are also helpful to students to help them learn.
