GCTC Student review

I wanted to go for the AIML course as the future is AIML. This course helps me be a part of the future's most important part. Working in this field would not just profit me but also would play a major role in understanding the concepts of what happens behind the computer brain and how to make it understand the human logic. 2 mid exams with around 2-3 months of break and we have semester exams immediately. It's pretty tough but not bad.

Internship/ interview training is usually given by companies like Wipro, Cantilever, Smart interviews etc and companies approached in our college is Realpage, ADP etc ML related projects using python such as spam or ham mail separation is one such examples for projects in AIML field

Students become eligible from 4-1 semester companies such as ADP, real page have visited for the last year placements. highest was around 30 lakhs, average around 6 lakhs above 7.5 Gpa is accepted work in a web developement or ML company

In the past three years of my college, there was a hike for every batch after us. Was around 1 lakh for us. Was around 1 lakh 50 thousand for our juniors and increased further more the next and now our college is planning on turning into a university and hence will be increased further more. EAMCET and caste financial aids no employment, only a student

VIBGYOR, VIBES held around march There are multiple books starting from basic math , physics and chemistry to engineering books to MBA and pharma related books We have smart boards and the facilities like fans lights ans a board with good benches. Extra curricular activities exist but then don't support as much (the head dept does but the HOD of our dept doesn't ) Yes, many clubs NEN club, dance clubs, robotics clubs, student run college portals etc etc

EAMCET score is the main eligibility for the course, but the other considerations are - 12 marks and JEE mains score. we can find the application details in the college website (Gctc portal) or we can approach the college reception. 2 mids with break of around 2 months and then sem. Pretty difficult but manageable.

There are around 30-40 faculty members for the dept of AIML consisting of around 200-300 students. The learning experience in few subjects is amazing whereas few subjects are dull and aren't explained precisely. Most faculty use the smart board for teaching and Infact they do a good job with or without the smart boards for the most part. But some faculty fail to teach well they just present pdfs and don't give proper explanation as to what is there. Some teachers aren't very easy to approach but most of them are fine. No matter what kind of student it is I believe the teacher must take them into consideration and understand their issues and sympathise. But sometimes some teachers fail to do so and show partiality.
