Review on GVP college #Rushikonada branch

I would rate a 6 out of 10 for our course curriculum, which was very wisely designed. Our curriculum is very limited like it includes 5to6 subjects in each semester. That make us easy to revise thoroughly. The curriculum of our course is very human that it does not keep on pressure on the students. Few faculty members teaches only the topics related to the semester. They don't teach us deep and things which may be useful in future. The frequency and timing of exams is sometimes very less I fells that they don't calculate the holidays given in a particular semester and tries to complete the syllabus in short time, that make the students to fell a bit pressure some times.

When considering an educational institution the fees structure and availability of scholarships are critical factors. The availability of scholarships is equally important. Scholarships can significantly reduce the financial burden on the students and can be based on credit, need, talent and interests. Moreover, our college charges around 12lakhs for the complete education. That includes tuition fees, service fees and also the other compulsory charges. Name of our scholarship is JVD(JAGAN ANNA VIDHYA DEVENA ) which provides us full 100% scholarship to the students.

Overall experience of the campus is good. They conduct different types of fests for different branches, like our CSE branch has a fest named AAVISKAR that conducts ones in a year. And different branches conducts their different festivals. All branch's including conducts a annual day every year which was so great and we all enjoy a lot. Most of the books are available in our library that are useful for our academics, availability of daily newspapers, journals and articles are also great. We have a dedicated digital library that is very helpful to the students those who don't have laptops.

The admission process was easy that we simply need to visit the college where each and every process explained by them. Eligibility of the course is minimum having a intermediate pass certificate with minimum marks. Every 6 months there is a semester, which is total of 8semisters for 4years. The level of difficulty of the exams is 7 out of 10.Improvement in the admission process is just to avoid the recommendation of the students. The scholarship is eligible the an exam EAMCET. The EAMCET is an 100% fees scholarship. The reservation students gets the scholarship in two terms 1st term is from state government of 60% fees and the remaining 40% is from central government.

The effectiveness and the qualifications of the faculty was good. All of them got a good level in teaching skills. The faculty to student ratio is ok they can easily manage up to 70% of the class. Only 1or 2 faculty are good in impact of our learning experience. The credentials of the faculty is also very good and most of them try to approach the students and make a very good interactions us. The mentoring of them was excellent in some cases. But when they are in meetings they avoid us a lot. The students approach them very often and interact throughly with them.
