Nice College

The faculties here not only teach you verbally but will also teach you how it can be helpfull in your future life journey and they will guide you in as many ways as possible. They will show all the ways you can go after completing your degree. They will even teach you how to crack the job interviews and they arrange some mock interviews.

At the time I entered the college by then the per year fees wa 1.5 lakhs per year but as it was many years ago now it has increased to 2.5 lakhs per year as the popularity of the university is increasing day by day due to it's versatile teaching methods. Then again if you go through exams like COMED-K which I gave and state entrance exams then you can also get a nice scholarship that will deduce the fees.

The college celebrates the national as well as regional festivals too like durga puja, dewali, holi, pongal etc. The library has a large number of books and almost every book you need is available there. So, if you want an reference book you can get it there. The labs were really good and all the equipments are avilable there.

The hostel life was really good. I enjonyed it a lot and I will recommend it to every strudents that want to enter in this college. There was some strictness, but you will enjoy it and it will be one of the best part of your life. The meal quality was really bad when I was there. Don't know that they have improved it or not. But they haven't then they should do it. Rather than the food the hostel is really very nice. It is always clean and you can even give your dresses to the particular stuff for cleaning too. After coming out of the hostel I rented a room near the college itself and the rooms near the college was really cheap.

I gave COMED-K exam as I am from West Bengal and and that's the exam you need to crack to get entries to the college, if you don't want to enter through management quota. After the exam there will be 2 rounds of campasing where you can choose any college that comes within your rank range. If you choose any college by mistake or want to change the college you can even do so in the second campasing. I did that personally.

There was always 1:20 faculty-to-student ratio which is very good and every faculty can even teach every students individually. The faculties are really very good and always helpful and always eager to help you out if you face any kind of problem. You can interact personally with the faculties anytime you want with your problems and they will try their best to sort it out.
