ABESEC GHAZIABAD INSIGHTS

From my childhood i always want to become enginner because of my interest how this specific thing is working, this interest and my love towards maths give me a reason to choose this course. Our curriculum by our university is not that good that can help you too secure high packages of 20+ LPA. Individual has to work itself to secure that package. Our course must have to increase more practical knowledge and by teaching skills to students that are required to join a job. Frequency of exam is 3 unit test per semester and one external exam, timing is like a month between your two exams. UT's are not that difficult because of less syllabus. We can easily score good marks if you are consistent with your study like 2-3 hours per day is enough to score good marks.

Companies that paid intership to students are Coregenic Software,Rudraksh Digital and many more or one student from second year get paid intership of $3000 in Google under CCextraxtor Development. Companies generally want a web developer or as oer their want.

There are placements in our college, for this year 2024 more than 150 companies or startup's visit the college for hearing of students. There are students who secure more than 10+ LPA package. Almost all the companies require a complete web developer who can do fromt end and back end easily and have command on DSA(Data Structure and Algorithm). College always say that their is 100% placement but that is not true there are students who don't get placement may be due to their low skill or any other reason. I want to take a job in good company where i can increase my skills, passion as well as i want to earn money so that i can fulfill my parents dream.

My total fees for first year was 133600 rupees including all the charges like tuition, service, book etc. This year 2024 our college fees is increased by 15000 rupees. You can apply for various scholarship like UP scholarships, Reliance etc. they provide specific amount to the students if you complete some specific criteria like family income less than 1-2 lakh according to your cast. This scholarships are luck based scholarships may be you get or may be not. There are multiple companies and start ups that visits colllege for hiring or multiple students get intership in various companies. According to me you will spend in 10-15 Lakh in your 4 years if you are a hosteller, you can recover that amount if you work hard in your field.

My experience with my campus life and infrastructure is so good. Our campus has a cricket ground where multiple events held. I can there are 4-5 big events that happened in the span of 7-8 months like TEDxABESEC where 10 speakers come to encourage and motivate us, Utsaaha a sports event of our college where all branches compete with each other in more than 10 sports or many more . There are more than 20 clubs that involve multiple fields clubs like technical club, Singing and dancing club etc. All the clubs regularly try to organise multiple events that are fun as well as educational. Our college sports team always welcome talent if you are capable of playing good game you will get selected. There are clubs like LDL which is an NGO club in this club college students go in backwards areas to teach poor children that will give us a peace which is irreplacable.

My hostel charges is 119000 rupees for my first year which includes mess charges,laundardy charges, electricity charges. There are multiple rooms like 1 seater 2 seater 3 seater and 4 seater as per your choice but there is a policy of first come first get because if you come early you have option to choose the room as per your need and rooms are also with AC or without AC. My room is 4 seater room in which i live with my three roommates. They provide us a single bed, a almirah, a study table and a chair. Now i will talk about meal quality it is ok ok, not that good or not that bad it's like you can eat. Menu is different for every day and after every one month it get changes as per our mess committee. For registration of hostel you have to come to college and submit the fees of hostel in account office as per your fees. It is affordable and according to me for a first year it is better option to opt hostel. There are multiple pg's and flats near the college in Paramount.

There are two ways to take admission in my college one is management which is generally known as direct admission and second is AKTU counselling. In 2023 counselling was delayed a lot like seriously our college starts in mid October. This delay frustate me a lot that time. For direct your 12th boards PCM(Physics, Chemistry, Marks) and your jee result is required. You can also take by yours pcm marks(through Direct) or by jee only(through counselling) . To get CSE or IT branches you have to score either 90+ in pcm in 12th boards or 80-90 percentile in your jee exams. For dirct admission you have to come college and talk to them about your seat and in counselling you have to fill AKTU counselling (1000rupees aprx.) form with your details and after approval you have to do counselling in which you have to make a list according to your wish college or branch. AKTU must have to reduce their process time. Counselling process is not that hard but you have to attentive to select college.

Just like all shining item is a gold same as our teacher not all the teachers are very good. There are teachers who are not able to connect with the students but i can say 80-90% teachers are very good with their skills and knowledge. There teaching way is so good to understand our concepts and subjects. Almost these teachers are so qualified (post graduted from IIt's or other major institutes). If we have any doubt we can ask them after classes or message them about our doubts, they will help us for sure either by giving you some extra time or by clearing it in class.
