- The pollution around our college leads to suffocation some time due to heavy use of vehicles which may cause lungs disease to many people around them.
- Our college campus has no boundaries due to which many outsiders enter the college on a regular basis which is little bit unsafe for girls student of
- Our college. Lots of cattle also enter the college which may be some time dangerous for the college students
Course Curriculum Overview
We all have heard from people that engineers like to solve problems and don't give up so easily without solving the problem. They like to take risk in life. All these things about engineers motivativate me to take this course and I really enjoyed this course because it is totally based on our daily use. In engineering we study about the application of machines and the things which we use on the regular basis. Now be an engineering students I would definitely suggest you to do this course because it teaches you to do hardwork, keep patience in yourself and how to manage your work and also how to complete your work in a limited time without any mistake. The phone which we are using, the grinder, the telivision, the computer or the laptop and many more things which we used on the regular basis is designed by engineers. The shopping which we are doing by clicking on our phone all these is possible only because of the engineers .
Placement Experience
In the 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements after clearing the interview and written exam of the particular company. The company like vedanta, Tata steel, Wipro etc. visited our campus. The highest package of our college is 12 lakh per annum and average package is 6 lakhs per annum. Now company required the students who has good knowledge of coding skills and as well as good academic excellence. Afte the completion of my degree I would go for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
As our college is government engineering college so it's free structure is little bit minimal as compared to other engineering college. Specially for girls student they only have to pay 32 rupees as a tution fee and 7000 for the hostel fee and electricity bill is 2500 and 4000 mesh fee per year. Boys also have probably the same free structure as girls but the have to pay 7000 as their tution free and all other free is same as girls free.Campus employment rate is 70% in our college which is based on the skills develop by the students.
Campus Life
Every year we are having tech fest which is totally based on the technical skills development and showcase in the month of April. In tech fest we participate in various compitition and showcase our talent the fest is of 4- 5 days every year. Our college has very big library which consists of all the books related to our academic as well as all other competitive exam books are also available . E For example for GATE exam , for PSUs , for Civil services exam book , for Government job book and all other competitive exam books are also available, it also has good novel and story books . We students of bit Sindri are providing free and quality education to the poor children who are unable to go even school. Our college has many clubs which provides all other skills to us. Our college also provide sports facilities and every year we are having inter branch match of volleyball, football, cricket and badminton tournament.
Hostel Facilities
The meal quality and menu of our college is good. We are given 4 times meal in a day and 4 day non veg for non vegetarian students and veg for vegetarian students. We are provided good facility in our room with good electricity supply and will furnished room with well ventilated room and fans . Locality is good with fresh air all around. The all around is surrounded with greenery and fresh air and water.
Admission
The admission process is very simple. First of all you have to appeared in the Joint entrance exam ( JEE Mains ) which is held every year in 2 session and cutoff is given on the basis of your category. For general category you have to score above 90 percentile, for OBC it is more than 85 percentile , for SC it is more than 70 percentile and for ST students you need above 50 percentile to take admission in my college. After clearing the exam you need to do councelling of JCECEB to take a particular branch in the college.
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is 10:1 in our college and they treat their students like their own children. Students are free to ask any query to their professor any time and their is no time limit for that. Professor are always ready to help their students , and they support us mentally and emotionally in every situation. They trained us to face the society, they not only provide academic excellence but also support in extra curriculum activity which is very good to maintain the focused in studies. They are our mentor as well as supporter.
