MBBS is the best course I know. With this we can serve our nation and earn at same time. This course will prepare me to treat patients with paliative care.Our curriculum already includes perfect strategies to expertise. For every 3 months we write IA that are moderate in terms of difficulty

Internships Opportunities

There will be 1 year compulsory internship in our college. Stipend will also be provided for that. So it will be a great experience for us to work with the same people who thought us. It helps us to gain comfidence

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees will be 4.5 lakhs with hostel being 3 lakhs.Nothing more than that will be collected. Various government scholarship like First graduate with 1 lakh and SC/ST scholarship with almost 4 lakh also available.

There are various cultural clubs like Tamil and English poetry club ,anti ragging club , anti drug club.They conduct various events in our campus so that we can relax. Also various sports are offered here ( only if academic are atleast average ).Management provide complete help

Hostel Facilities

AC and dobi facilities are offered.About food , the menu is super and appetizing. The quality and Quantity of good is unquestionable. The hostel is present within campus but ragging proof. Separate hostel for seniors and juniors

Hostel Fee: INR 300000 per year

Admission

Admission process by Tnmedicalselection based on NEET UG score. It has reservation for BC MBC SC ST .Also for government school students there is separate reservation. The exam are moderate and are 3 hrs long conducted every 3 months apart

Faculty

There are 15 teachers for 150 students ,that is 1 teacher per 10 students. The faculties are highly experienced so their teaching methods are very effective. Also they behave like parents so they are available 24/7 . They are responsible for not only pass percentage but also happy index of our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It deals with patient care and clinical diagnosis along with hands on training the influenced my decision to take up this course. Through ward postings, history taking and case discussion it prepares me well for my PG exams and further future pursuits. Skill based learning should be emphasised more along with small group teaching. Sometimes the close spacing of exams can be very stressful. Difficulty level is appropriate.

the course is very challenging obviously as we're studying to become doctors. it could've been better by increasing the duration of the course. our first year/ semester instead of it being for 12 months was only of 9-10 months so our portions are being pushed a little. it happened due the scam etc around neet and our course start date was pushed. the course could be made easier by increasing the duration of the course. we have exams every week which does make it easier to keep up with the portions but makes it too stressful for us. maybe instead of keeping exams on monday they could change it to saturday so we can relax and be free on sundays.

Life in CMC

Placement Experience:

The students in their internship will get around 35000 per month excluding their mess fees, they have the option to opt out of the mess. And once they finish their internship they had to do two years bond in places where the colleges allot them and the salary for those two years will be decided by the place the person goes and itll be definitely more than what they get during internship.
