Course Curriculum Overview
Specially my course was electronic and communication. I chose this course because it is one of the all rounder branch in engineering. This course can help in getting job in software domain as many companies allow the electronic branch to sit for placement in software domain and ece branch can offer many gov. job possibilities too. The curriculum prepares very well if you are really interested in the course but many students opt for software role so that becomes a different term. Many labs can be included to make curriculum more better . Exams happens at good pace ...like not very shortly or not at very long gap. The difficulty level of exams are also good...like the question paper are above the par level.
Internships Opportunities
Many intership opportunities are provided in college. Mainly two types of intership 2month internship in 3year and 6month internship in last semester are provided to most of the students. Many big companies such as Google Microsoft oracle etc visits the college for internship purpose
Placement Experience
Placement are fantastic of our college. In fact our college is famous for the placement only. In case the student didn't get the on campus placement, they can apply for off campus placement pr they could even go for higher studies or government job.
Fees and Financial Aid
I didn't avail any reservation so I was not eligible for any kind of scholarships. Also my fees was more compared to the students who holds reservation. My fees was around 118000 for one semester. For the fees of whole course you can multiply it by 8 as we have 8semesters in total. The students holding the reservation are eligible for the scholarships. They generally get scholarship once per semester or maybe once per year
Campus Life
Campus Life is awesome. We have so many clubs such as green club as athlete club rotatary club music clubs etc. Life in clg is fun if you join these clubs or else it could be boring. We also have playground out there in college and facilities for table tennis carrom etc. in the campus
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are awesome. Specially talking about boys, recently 3 new hostels of 13 floor each has been started which has very high quality rooms, clean toilets, clean corridor, table light, high speed fan and much more. The cleaning of hostel is done everyday to keep the hostel clean
Admission
Initially the jee mains exam is conducted by nta to take admission in NITs or other gfti. Many students also goes to IIT after clearing the jee advanced which is the next round of jee mains. The cutoff is different for different colleges like for my college and my branch the cutoff for general students were from 6k to 7k rank
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good enough. Like in electronics branch there all total 180 students and we have around 25 to 30 teachers in electronics branch. The way to teaching too is very helpful and friendly for teachers. Teachers generally include real life examples and many alumni stories to teach the topic The interaction is teachers depends on the role you play as a student. If you become CR of the class you have to interact very frequently with teachers else the interaction mostly happen in the class itself.q
