Review of CMP Law faculty, Allahabad

This college provides BALLB as well as LLB course. Both courses have different aspects. College provides more facilities and attention towards the BALLB students. I don't think that there curriculum prepares you for real world difficulties but students can if they have will power. They held semester based examination which is not taken at proper time . The difficulty level of semester examination is moderate.

Total fees - 4600/- per year. You have to maintain the subject assignments every semester, so you can include that cost also. But according to me, the total fees is not so high as it provides the scholarship program also. You can apply for UP scholarship which depends upon your fee structure...so here you can get 6000 or above . There is no financial aids which are available to the students.

Seminars were held every 2nd or 3rd week as well as Competitions in which you can easily participate. There is only 1 small library for both LLB and BALLB, there you cann6choose books by yourself but you have to tell the name of book and if available, they will provide it to you, which should be improved according to me. There is smart boards in some classes not all. Rarely sports activities. But the extracurricular activities are been offered in campus. There is no any social groups , club, etc. but on their college portal there is option for students that they can easily avail the notes of college which is protected by password. This facility is provided during Covid 19.

For LLB, one must be a graduate. You have to fill the application form (available on Allahabad University website) for giving entrance of Allahabad University , which cost Rs. 800(varies according to the caste). The date of entrance examination will be provided in this website only. The level of examination is not so hard. It is moderate. It can be cracked easily. If you passed the entrance, according to the cut off (reservation matters here also) , you have to maintain all you documents and apply for your seat online. If there it confirms, then you have to college for physical verification. I think the admission process should be changed because student get so much stressed during all this.

Faculty is good. Teachers are well qualified. They try to clear all the doubts of every student. They also provide a mentorship for the students future. You can interact with teachers easily. They also provide a guidance.
