- Teaching quality and efforts shown buy the teachers are less as compared to other NITs or IITs
- Hostels of the college are not that good you can prefer to stay outside of the college mess food is also average as I tasted its quite a few times
- Management of the college is also poor you to wait for a complete day even for a normal signature from dean or principle.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course and curriculum here is designed after taking future perspective also in mind the labs the syllabus are well designed to help the students is the future in their respective fields.End semester exams here are conducted every 6 months and 2 class tests are conducted in every semester end semester carries 100 marks and CT1 of 40 marks and Ct2 of 60 marks difficulty level of CT1 and CT2 are moderate and that of end semester examinations is high
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is very less here around 37000-38000 every semester in which exam form fee is included. You have to spend around 3.6 lkhs for tution fee here for 4 years and hostel fee is also around 20000 per semester here. College also provide many scholarships program for scholars and EWS students exact what amount they will get depends upon college which around 5k-6k per month.Placement of the college is also very good and a good amout of companies visit every year with a average package of 6LPA.
Campus Life
My overall campus life for the span of 4 years was very good. college provides many opportunities and many unique experineces in the campus. There are also many clubs in the college like vista for cultural activities bol for drama and singing astro club for the students who log astronomy etc .Classes here are smart classes with projecters being installed in every class and campus is also fully equiped with free wifi almost every where within the campus.Sports avtivities also very goof here various sports meet are being organised here on the yearly basis
Admission
Admission in this college is through CGPet exam and you need to get a overall rank of around 900-1200 to get admission in this college and for CS branch around 500-600 rank.Reservation is there as per government guidlines for SC/ST,OBC and EWS category students and Chhattisgarh domicile students also get benefits of some kind of reservation here.
Faculty
Faculties teaching here all have the good educational qualification and high teaching experience and a deep knowledge of their subject but you have to reach them on your own for any kind of extra help because they come and teach there respective syllabus and leave but apart from this they all have the very good nature and knowledege.their teaching style is also very good and they wil teach you everything in simplest way possible.
