Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum has not been revised in recent years,Lab facilities also includes some of the newest advancement devices.the frequency and timings of exam is very good as there is not much of a pressure for exams you can assume that every 2 months you have an exam mid-semester and end- semester alternatively and their difficulty level is quite good.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are really quite good in NIT Raipur many companies such as Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, phone pe offers internships programs with stipend and these intership are of generally SDE, they also offer Pre placement offer(PPO).
Placement Experience
Placement is really quite nice in NIT raipur with an average package of 11lpa and the highest being 55 lpa. Nearly 75% people got placed in the year 2023-2024 with the highest percentage placement being in chemical engineering branch with almost 90% students getting placed . Many big companies such as Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, JP morgan, phone PE are our recruiters
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure of NIT Raipur is as :approximately 70000 per semester of you are genral , and there is no fees for the students who belong to the SC/ST category and there is also a 2/3 relief in the fees if you have an income certificate of between 1-5lpa and there will be no fees for you if you have an income less than 1 lpa
Campus Life
The overall campus and social life in NIT Raipur is very nice,you will never be bored in college as there will always be something going on in the college ,any fest or any club will be organising its event , the whole year is full of events. Admission
For the admission you have to give JEE mains exam and the cutoff for computer science engineering is 11000 CRL and for biomedical engineering the cuoff is nearly 70000CRL. And you get relief in the cutoff if you belong to any category or EWS, the admission process commence after the release of rank list
Faculty
Almost all the facilities are doctrate, their teaching style is also very good , some faculties will make you fall in deep love with the subject and they won't leave the classroom until they have cleared your doubt.
