Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Nursing field was flourished after covid pandemic. So scope in nursing is very large and recruitments for nurses is very often in many fields like foreign nursing, central hospitals like aiims and pgi and other govt hospitals . This course not only develop your academic performance but also teaches you how to deal with real world and real patients of different types as we go for training period of 6 months every year in course of 4 years. But this university only offers seats in nursing for girls according to me boys should also get an equal opportunity to persue this field and flourish . University exams are held at the end of every session of 1 year .exams are a quite difficult but studies are good so students can easily clear exams

Internships Opportunities

4

College has bonds with many top rated govt. hospitals like IGMC and regional hospital for internship and training. During clinical listings students learn not only the procedures but also how to deal with real life situations in hospitals under the guidance of staff nurse and clinical teacher.

Placement Experience

4

This college has bond with many top rated delhi based hospitals like Max, Medanta, Apollo etc. During final year of students many different different hospitals comes to the campus and take interview of students for placement and many hospitals take online interview also. If incase student doesnt got any placement she can apply to any nearby hospital and easily avail for job after course completion

Fees and Financial Aid

Admission are done on two basis one is govt basis and other is through management basis. So the fee structures for the govt seat students is based on their marks attained in +2 exams or the university entrance exam . and the fees structure for students of management basis is 70000- 80000/- yr Scholarship programs are also available in university and next you have to pay an amount of rs9000 per yr for transportation. Hostel charge is 4200/- month and that is collected per month for maintenance

Campus Life

3

During these 4 years in campus many fests are organised by the management and students from freshers party to farewell party and nurses week celebration teachers day celebration and many more contests are also organised for promoting cultural art of students. Every classroom is provided with projector facility .

Hostel Facilities

3

According to me hostels are not worth living in. Rooms have no proper ventilation and sizes of rooms are too small for 2 people . Food of mess is not good in taste . fees for hostel is Rs 4200/- month . I rented a room near college that cost me for rs 3500/- month

Admission

I took admission through management basis so I dint gave any entrance exam.but yes many students gave entrance exam for govt seat. Students who has cleared 12 class with physics chemistry and biology with 50% marks are eligible for applying for bsc nursing course .

Faculty

4.5

Faculty ratio of the college is good . highly educated and trained faculty is present . they teach us not only in academics but help us in our professional growth .they are ready to help us whenever we need them

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course, bsc nursing is very common these days because of the job opportunities and money. This is the same reason for me to take this course and also I like biology subject so I thought it will be easier for me to study nursing. But actually it's very different. We need to work really hard in this field. It's very hard to study. We need to focus more on studying other than anything. I just got into the college. It's been only 2 months so we are only having weakly tests now. And the tests are ok. Most of the students get passed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Nursing is all about skills, and the more practice you do, the better...i spent most of my time in hospital with patients for at least 9 months ever year....the duty used to be of 6 hours and the rest 2 hours we used to have a class till 4 pm Ut was a bit hectic but it really helped me in clearing all my concepts and improving my skills in handling a patient also the internship program is like cherry on top so good it covers everything you learn in 4 years and makes you ready for the outer world....I would say in terms of improvement, they need to reschedule their classes and clinicals timing because it gets draining and we don't get much time to study, so we usually just study because we used to be so exhausted.
