What Students Say

Likes

There are many things which I like about my college one of them is the fees structure its really affordable.
Second the teachers are way too good and experienced.
Third the Infrastructure of New Building is too good.

Dislikes

Things I disliked is the examination centre which is in old building its not good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The overall recognition of the curriculum influenced me to choose this course as I come from a Business family B.Com was the best choice for me. The course very well prepares us for the real world application it provides many aspects of business. One thing in the curriculum should be improved that is the depthness of the course teached. There is only one time exam in a year that is moderately difficult as per me.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 1800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such scholarship policy as its a government college its already working at very low fee structure. There is no regular policy for hike of fee structure the fee remain same for many years. The Complete cost of my education in a year inculding tution fees, other expenses is approximately ?10000/- only. The college provides campus placement in the city and nearby cities but I had not undertaken it because I am still studying.

Campus Life

My overall experience related to campus life is overall ok. There many activities are undertaken such as debate competition social works. The classes are not much technological and basic. Extracurricular activities are done sometimes in the college.

Admission

Every person who has passed class 12th from any board is applicable for this course. Cutoff for admission varies time to time as at my time it was 80%. Apllication form is available with every emitra and also it can be self filled online. Its fees is 1280/- approx. Application dates are not fixed but its declared in newspaper when announced. There is one exam in a year and its moderately difficult. Only the infrastructure of old building where exams are held must be improved.

Faculty

The teachers in the college are highly educated and most of them had completed PhD in their particular subjects. The Faculty to student ratio is 1:12 The faculty teaches too enthusiastically and makes concept easy to understand. We ca interact with the teachers any time after the classes.

the placement opportunity in biyani girls college is average . student generally eligible for the campus placement in the final year of their course . an average package offered is arround 2- 2.1 LPA while the highest package offered is arround 2.5 -3 LPA 60%-80% student getting placements after completing my degree , i plan to focus on preparation of comparatively exams and build skill.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of bcom course, in which i am enrolled is not much relevant, I have learnt literally the basic of accountancy in my 1sem, something that was taught to me in class 11 itself. And yes, The curriculum does not prepare us for real world problems or projects. Curriculum is very old and irrelevant that a student can't even find a job i market after graduating from our college. Exams are held on irregular timing every year, many times they get postponed for no reason. The difficulty level of exam is not much, Exams are easy to pass. You just have to fill the copies, rest work will ne done by the examiner, whether the answer is genuine or not ????

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose b.com because curriculum was relevent to my aspect, the curriculum is preparing me for my future studies is good but it is quite outdated in terms of todays world, so i would suggest 1 improvement to it, add new chapters and remove old boring chapters from curriculum. there and 6 to 8 months of gap between each semesters and they are quite tricky.
