Entrance Preview

To get a seat in Loyola college for B.com ( General stream only) you must score in your major subjects a minimum of 96% . The process is simple if you have scrored 96% in your major subjects in 12 std then you are 100% in then a general interview will be conducted and after clearing that you would be asked to pay your fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

Cost accounting management accounting, statistics, Marketing, Financial management, Investment management, Income tax, company accounts, social welfare, Tally, Language paper.

Internships Opportunities

Goldman Sachs, offered 20,000 stipend that's it this when I was in my last year now it might have changed.

Placement Experience

Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, EY, Goldman Sachs, RBS, Society General, BMW, DE shaw, DSNL maximum offered 8.76 lakhs for a B.Com fresher by DE shaw second best was 5 lakhs offered by couple of companies out of 600 students from 5 sections of B.Com shift 2 somewhere around 70-80 got placed.

College Events

Ovations and many other inter college events however as I was least interested in all those I don't know much about it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is obviously expensive. I paid almost 2 lakhs for 3 years. As per the rules every year it gets changed. Please note that Loyola has 2 shifts morning and evening hence I would conclude that morning is basically very very less expensive infact it is cheap when compared to evening shifts.

Yes they provide scholarship however I am not aware of that process how to claim and not.

In extracurricular activities Loyola is known for one of the best colleges in India.

Hostel Facilities

The only thing which I know is yes Loyola do provide hostel fesility that's it rest I don't know as I dint opted that.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

No nothing because ranging is strictly prohibited in Loyola.

It is chilled out only reason being here in this college we have in total 200 marks exams which will be converted into 100 later we Interal exam for 100 marks and semesters for 100 and later it gets divided by 2 and gets converted into 100. However cleari

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. I applied two to three colleges in Chennai and l get call letters from all the colleges i applied but i choose this college because the main reason is traveling facilities and near to my home.
