WU is where life is!

Well the main trait of engineering here is through innovation as innovative learning is what out university has taught us. Every modern aspect of learning such as applied learning, student exchange and international exposure, we get it all at our university and hence no change from my opinion.

FANG companies that is Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google have made tie-ups with our university and they are the main job givers at our university. Nearly 70% students were placed last year and CSE students median of placements was around 6 lakhs per annum.

Fees is just 3 lakhs a year and for the modern infrastructure that we have, I thing th fees is less than peanuts. Students who top and come are given various scholarships and thanks to government who has made it mandatory for all the colleges to give scholarships that are declared by state government.

Every month we have two fests and then finally an annual fest. So events and activities are like quite regular here but the most eye catching part of our university is the sporting facilties. A cricket turf, a football ground, 2 badminton courts, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and what not. Hence, it's name is not just international but the university is literally international when it comes to the infrastructure.

For admissions the first and foremost is that you should have at least 60% in 12th. Now the college accepts IIT JEE Score, VITEEE score and the college has its own entrance test called Woxsen Aptitude Test. Post that students have to go through a Psychometric test. Students who clear these both finally gets enrolled at Woxsen University.

Faculties are not just Indian but we have a few international faculties too. All of them are so highly skilled that above anything else they also target in infusing skills in us. Their approach is methodical and therefore they focus more on giving practical knowledge then stressing us on theory knowledge.
