All colleges in this world has advantages and disadvantages and in this case it is also same.The college management is just efficient in their work.

Entrance Preview

There is no entrance exam in the dg vaishanav college like IIT JEE, BITSAT, CAT or any other entrance examinations this what made me choose this course over other college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very easy in dg vaishanav college.it is very easy to understand the curriculam in this college we have our semester exams in april month and november month respectively.

Internships Opportunities

I was not applicable for college internship because i had arrears in the previous semester but my friends attended the internship there exprience was good.

Many students from differrent departments were placed in reputed company like royal bank of scotland companies which came to our campus.

My college holds many cultural and management festivals like onam,hindi culturals,english culturals,debate competition etc they are celebrating with a grand sucess.

I have not got any scholarships and did'nt require any loan facility offered by my college. So i have never used these facilities.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

I choose DG vaishanvcollege for its strong academic reputation, affordable fees structure and excellent placement support especially in HR and marketing . So i applied LIBA ( Loyola institute of business management and SRM ) other than DG vaishnav college . I got acceptance from DGVC and SRM and i got regected from LIBA . I chose DGVC as it has affordable fees of 4 lakhs in total , also they are giving duel specialisations, also its affilated to university of madras , placement support and location advantage. I got rejection from liba as the cut off was not clear as my percentile was below 80 as the cut of was 85 plus. The admission process was quiet simple for DGVC as the - 1. Eligibility to apply was min 60 % in Bachelor degree 2. TANCET exam was preffed we have to submit the application through online portal of DGVC. Submit the TANCET score , it will shortlist accoding to the cut off , then we have a personal interview and final selection and documentation process...Read More
