- I am really sorry to say but some professors lack the necessary teaching skills, making it difficult for students to grasp complex subjects.
Course Curriculum Overview
Currently I am pursuing B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology. This course includes subjects like Microbiology, Anatomy physiology, Immunology, Biochemistry etc. Our college have laboratories equipped with necessary instruments which allows students to gain their practical skills. The difficulty level of exams are fine but I feel that the frequency of exams and assignments may be a bit low.
Internships Opportunities
After completion of 1st year we gone to pursue the internship program for a month on Ashok Laboratory which is situated in Jodhpur Park. After completion if 2nd year we will go Maniktala blood bank. The 6th semester of this course comprises of Full internship which is not decided yet for us.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester in our stream of BSCMLT students become eligible for campus placements. Average package of salary is from 10k per month to 12k per month. More than 90% of students get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue MSC.
Fees and Financial Aid
I feel The cost of studying bsc in medical laboratory technology is a bit high about 260k in 3 years ( including tution,service fees and other charges) comparing with the expected salary which we will aquire after 3 years.
Campus Life
Annual sports is held on the Month of February. The freshers and fest of the campus is held on April or May every year. The facilities of books and journals available in the library is very good ????. ....
Admission
Eligibility of the course includes u have to pass class 12 examinations with Physics , Chemistry, Biology compulsorily with minimum 50% marks. Application form is available in College website as well as u can collect offline. CET( COMMON ENTRANCE EXAM) is conducted by the college before admissions.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good. All the faculties are well respected and qualified in their fields, but I feel few faculties doesn't have the proper skill of teaching. Which affects the students in learning and grasping subjects. I often interact with my teachers and most of them are really cooperative.
