Likes

Supportive Faculty played an important .
College environment is not bad, untill now it is not difficult to make friends.
Low Fees to all the courses are one of the positive.

Dislikes

Only One fest in a year let down the students immensely
Assignment and File work are crazy, School shit going on.
Placements are tough due to the amount of admissions, Formals are necessary, you can't just put on T-shirt.

Course Curriculum Overview

1st Year B.tech curriculum is good, there are 6-7 subjects in both the semester, Easy to score marks from theory because of easy syllabus which is derived fron 11th and 12th classes. Practicals are also descent where knowledge is on focus but are not satisfactory.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1.67 Lakhs per year is the fee structure followed in b.texh CSE which was on 2023. Now they are increasing the fee structure year by year, which is not good. For general students there is no Scholarship, for OBC and SC/ST students a form is needed to be filled.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is descent, compared to other colleges from Indore(pvt) No Air conditioner, No coolers, a proper vibe of school for 1st year students. Library is very good, can find any book for the study. One fest in a year is a huge disappointment. Formals are necessary, no T shirts like wtf??!! Positive is that you get time after college and you can take part in other activities

Admission

Admission process was simple, For B.tech CSE 75%ile is needed in JEE mains, or 75% in 12th Boards. For specialisation, 60% is needed. For other branches, they just need your 12th Board marksheet. Once admission are closed you can take admission by talking to the office, they are just greedy for money.

Faculty

Good Faculty untill now, some of them have done PhD also, mostly have master degree and apart from that they are supportive to rhe students. I have no complaints over faculties but some students may face trouble in lab work and assignments in 1st year.

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

We have domains and certain denomination in placements like 6 figure denomination for top performing students as they get placements in excess of 10 lakhs. Average as of last year median is around 7 lakhs for electrical branch students.

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Jiwaji University Honest Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.
