GLA University - a road to success

Our curriculum is well designed for the working environment in actual field base works. We have minimum 5 classes a day which exceeds to maximum 8 classes each of an hour itself. I think that the time table should be more free and the students should be given more times for themselves. Now about the exams they are held after every two months in a semester first one is midterm and second is endterm. Midterm is considered easier to crack and endterm is harder to crack.

College provides training programmes and internships are provided through online platforms and some internships are recommended by the professors themselves and help us to enroll in them. As we speak there is already a training programme going on in our campus.

Fee structure is definitely high but if we compair to other institutions of the same level than it seems a bit relaxative and less. Scholarships are given on the basis of merit. Up government scholarships are also accepted and college helps in giving those scholarships which also differ from student to student in the terms of merit. Students are given from minimum 27000 to 95000 of money support.

I think the interaction with my seniors impacted really big in my college life as they were really good and interactive with the juniors. The club recruitment was good as well and the interviews were really easygoing. Obviously as we go in college students tend to make groups and fights break out but our senior mediated those as well and guided us. Events really helped to get mixed in the college life and were fun to participate as well.

For me, the admission process was relatively easy as I took the CUET exam and was accepted on my performance in CUET exam. As for the cut-off any student of 60%or more than 60% of marks can apply for admissions and almost everyone gets admitted. I think admission process is good and doesn't need much room to change just that the staff should be more as I faced a problem in which even after getting the admission letter I had to wait for so long just to meet the consultant.

I think that the faculty provided to us are really good at the work they do. Most of the faculty are with M.tech degrees and many have completed their PhDs so it's really difficult to figure out who is a M.tech holder or PhD holder. We can interact with them whenever they and us both parties are free and they welcome us with our doubts with any fatigue on their faces.
