Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is purely decided by the faculties and even the elective papers which are meant to be selected by you are also selected by the respective department based on the availability of faculty, not based on the students interest.
Placement Experience
The placement is offered only for the sake of admission, most of the companies just hire the students and upon completion of the course no job letters from the company. Also you have to attend the placement classes in order to attend placement drives regardless of your knowledge or capability, in the placement class they will only teach you the basics of programming language (java), aptitude, and verbal. There will be no skill based training.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for students in counseling is 85k and for management students it goes upto 2Lakh which is only the tution fee and the management will collect extra fee named exam fee, miscellaneous fee, portal which would range from 3k - 10k per semester.
Campus Life
There are two annual fests organized. Teach fest - Synectics : it's an annual tech fest organised every year on the odd semester where all the departments in the college work together and organize various workshops, technical events and non technical events for a series of 2-3 days Cultural Fest - Rythm : it's organised on the even semester of each year.
Admission
The common addmission process will by through the TNEA counseling portal . In case of Management students can writs Nandha Scholarship Test for fee waiver and admissions which can be useful to get 100% fee waiver
Faculty
You can't expect much from the faculties as there won't be any practical knowledge of the industry for them. Upon having doubts you have to refer on your own regarding projects , you can reach the faculty for exam related queries as they explain those based on the books , but in real time application there will be no use.
