When I was in 11 class I was good in accounts and I decided I will select this course bcom honors in accounting as it was fav subject. The teachers of this course are 7 out 10, and level of exam is very easy

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

the college fee is 1 lakh, and I think the tuition fees of this course are very less as compared to other colleges, as it is for the poor students also; they provide scholarships such as kanyashree and Swami Vivekananda. No campus employment

The annual festival which is celebrated in college is Holi There is big library in the college with lots of book There is only 2 smart classes all over the college Sports should be imporved in the college

Admission process was very long , first we have apply for the college u should have minimum 60% to get selected in merit list , after getting selected in the merit list u have to pay the college admission fees

I think the some faculty members are qualified highly but some are below average, some can't speak good English and lack knowledge in there respective subject of teaching. some teachers are good in interactions

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Campus has good environment and faculties are supportive.

The college is at the middle of the town and location wise good thats why i chose it. It is one of the oldest college in my region also. There is no attendenc criteria. I choose many collages but i takd admission is this collage. And i also say some collages reject me. I think the cause of my law marks in previous exam. First we have the fill the admission from on collage online portal. The they published and merit list and if you selected you have to go collage for physical verification with required documents.
