- The city weather is very extreme. Very hot in summer and very cold in winters

Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is nice but I feel it's little outdated. We get to know about the core courses and it's fundamentals. The evaluations are very frequent and it is nice as we do not have to worry last minute
Internships Opportunities
The summer internship season starts from the third year and companies start coming in the starting of the third year. For software roles we need to be thorough with data structures and algorithms and we need to maintain cgpa of 7 and above to be eligible for internships
Placement Experience
In the fourth year students become eligible for placements. All top companies visit BITS for placement. The average package can be near 15 Lakhs for all the branches combined. I will be looking for a job after the degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is too much with tution fee going upto 25 lakhs for a four year course and hostel fee upto 1 lakh a year. Merit cum need scholarship is provided and other scholarships also there based on grades.
Campus Life
There are 3 fests happen every year on campus. Oasis Cultural Fest Apogee Technical Fest Bosm Sports Fest There are various clubs of all interest groups and one can join them with few prerequisites. The senior -junior interaction is also very nice.
Hostel Facilities
It is compulsory in Bits to take hostel facility. Twin sharing rooms are provided for the first two years and after that single rooms. The quality of mess food is decent and the taste is also average. There are variety of dishes everyday and week's menu is given beforehand
Admission
You have to score 75% above in 12th exams with PCM as your stream to be eligible. Bitsat is the entrance exam and the cutoffs you can find on the bits website. The difficulty level is moderate easier than JEE Mains
Faculty
The faculties are very good and learned. The ratio is also good and provides the best learning experience. The pilani campus grading is also good. There is a chamber consultation hour where we can interact with the faculty members.
