- No big campus as the total number of students is too much compared to the space of the campus
- The canteen is too small for the total number of students and also the number of canteens is less
- The road to the college is congested and also dirty
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum needs serious improvements and more real time practical approach than teaching the CSE branch students more and more about ECE and other brach stuffs Curriculum does prepare for the real world applications as the subjects are too tough we have one exams per month at the least
Internships Opportunities
Since i am in the 4th sem right now, i am not yet eligible for the college's internship programme but i do know my seniors and friends working on a lot of projects for the government, Infosys, Wipro, Navedia solutions and many more MNCs and differentr start-ups The roles usually ogffered is of a software dev or and fulltime unpaid intern Not of any i know right now
Placement Experience
Placements of our college are good as this year we did not have a lot as due to recession but the college does have a good track record of placements of more than 80% the highest package i know of is 12lpa at wipro this year the percentage of students getting placed was 30% but usually it varies from 80-90 JOB AFTER DEGREE!
Fees and Financial Aid
I have been entered this college through a entrance exasm of state level called CET so my fees was 1,08,000 the complete cost of education varies from 2-3L pa I dont get any scholarships though the college and tyhe university both offer a lot No awards or anything yet
Campus Life
The campus life is good The senior junior interaction, freedom when it comes to cocurricular or any activities and everything is smooth annual texh and cultural fest being AKAAR held in the month of march-may there are about 13000+ books in our library Sports and cocurricular are also given a good support Not of any i know right now
Admission
As said earlier, i came to this college through the entrance exam called CET which had some cuttoff and i was lucky to be eligible to the college the application form was available in the college itself which i picked up on visit No suggestions for improvement
Faculty
The facility of the college are well qualified with 30% of them being PHD holders and the others with their respective MTech degree and their own specialization 1:69 is the faculty to student ratio the approach to teach is usually practical oriented we interact with the class and the teachers of the class on daily basis
