Modification Review for the Existing College Infrastructure

I had earlier decided to pursue the higher study with computer science subject whether it's a btech or bsc. I preferred to go with the degree that I got and decided to upskill further practically while being in industry. The course curriculum was good according to the tenure but it needs necessary modifications so that students can able to grab a decent opportunity both in government , private or have their own startup and soon after the graduation. Creativity is required in the existing one so that a real world exposure can be given to the students. The exams are taken in timely manner along with a well balanced between course topics and the question paper difficulty level.

The are decent opportunity to explore while in the college. Campus placement are not frequent but the campus drives are shared among the students. The compensation varies according to roles and the requirements. The percentage of getting placed through college is less but if one's tries and have a proper communication with their faculty members and stay updated with latest news and campus drives acan help to grab a good opportunities. I have already graduated and have decent experience to work effectively in the organization.

There are different scholarship given to the students both for reserved and non-reserved categories. It not only improves the literacy rate but also provide financial assistance to their parents and motivates the children to pursue their dream. The important campus drives are shared to the students in the college group. The stipend depends on the company and the current market conditions. It varies from 1.5 - 2.5 lpa.

The festival like Ganesh, Saraswati Pooja, independence day and republic day are celebrated with joy and enthusiasm. The annual functions are held during winters and spring from December - March month. The various types of books for every stream are available in the library and one can even request for some new books if they required. The smart class facility is present in the conference hall only, which must also be included in the classroom. There are no such groups, clubs or portals but can be included for social welfare and stay updated with the job opportunities and latest news.

The admission process operates in a scheduled manner. Although it requires some improvement for example whenever a student won't able to want to opt for the first College preference due to some financial or location constraints in that case sliding to the next preference is quite difficult. That particular procedure needs modification so that one can easily take admission without going through hassle procedure or any year gap. There is benefits if one fall under reserved category in terms of fee and scholarship to spread awareness for education and literary rate.

The faculty are supportive with a good understanding of the subject. While the students and teachers ratio needs certain improvement. Expert and qualified teachers are required for implementing the subject topics practically and creatively. The faculty are easily approachable and one can solve their doubts anytime.
