Course Curriculum Overview
The college offer a range of course that are relevant to the industry and the job market. Students report that their theory is nice but just focus and need to start practical skills. But they prepare us for real world. The curriculum cover wide range of topics and subjects cover , provide students a comprehensive understanding of their field. The college have semester based exam system, which help student to understand the subject thoroughly.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee increases policy: As I read and see of Sri guru Gobind singh college tuition fee increase 10% in every year which is quite annoying, the tuition fee around 16000 rupees and the second year increases into 16000 to 20000 rupees. The complete course around 135000. In this college only have SC cast scholarship. And the college offer campus employment opportunities to the students.
Campus Life
The campus is very friendly and welcoming campus environment. Diverse students with body with students from various backgrounds. Opportunities to interact with senior and staff Various club and societies such as the fine arts club, debate club and etc. Club activities and events are regular well organised. As we study in This class room is good and but in summer we feel very hot. But class room and bench is very good. Blackboard are good and teacher is also.
Admission
My experience with admissions in college at Sri guru Gobind Singh are : Admission process is 10+2 with 50% marks Admission form available in college website and DHE website also. Application fee around for BA is 700 And admission start when 12th results declared Their is no enterance exam. Their is no clear guild lines to fill the form . Limited seat in BCA and BCOM Need clear guidance and better communication with student. And they need to start a Scholarship for students
Faculty
The faculty members at Sri guru Gobind Singh college is good qualified with most holding bachelor programs. As a see some teachers is very polite and helpful knowledgeable . As I last write is Their teaching is good. But they need to more focus and on practical skills to make a people good in real life. The faculty members is also reasearch and published several paper in reputed journalist.
