My college!

College life is very good for aspirant here. One gets a chance and scope exposure and knowledge.

O.U.A.T. M.Sc.(Ag.) entrance had been taken by me in July 2015. I scored 130 rank in general category ranking and 9 in other state quota.

All the basic knowledge and fundamental are important, we have already come through that in the previous semesters. All the courses taken are very much useful in research. Every subject part is covered and taught with ease. Every student gets enough knowledge with which he can prosper for the future.

The college provides scholarship for the two top scoring students of the semester at Rs.1500 per month for one year.

Many private enterprises and companies, banks come here for the campus placements and many of the students were recently appointed in the state government jobs of the agriculture department in the post of Assistant Agriculture Officer and Assistant Horticulture Officer.

Many cultural, literature, social, public events are celebrated in the college every year. Some groups of students are assigned the work and responsibility in the name of society. They gather the students who aspire to perform. Some public speaking events are held by the alumni also.

The fee structure is adjustable but it could also be made less as it is a state university. A student should probably have to spend Rs. 60000 per year of study.College tuition fee along with library, sports other expenses - 18000.Hostel rent, electricity etc.. - 8500Mess charges - 16000.

Our college gives a loan facility of Rs. 15000 for a student a year based on the eligible criteria.Scholarships are given to the top scoring students of Bachelor Degree and the Master Degree.

To my knowledge the Boy Girl ratio could be 6:4 or so. The campus life is very good and happy one. Many kinds of students are found in the campus from many places of the country.Some workshops are organised by the college in various departments along with students.

All the alumni and senior students are always in contact with college and their departments. Any advice required is always rendered by them. The alumni also organises some social functions in the college and public speaking competitions.
