Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very much related to the journalism course but there are very less choices in the SEC, VAC and AEC courses in this college as compared to the other colleges of the Delhi University.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities start from the third semester which means the second year. The students will be able to fill the forms provided by the college for the respective internships, the internship programs are also influenced by the scores you secure in the forst and second semester.
Placement Experience
The placement rate as already mentioned is very good in this college as most of the pass outs from the college are working in several media houses such as ABP news, NDTV and others. Also, there are a lot of internship opportunities in the college while you are studying.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Delhi School of Journalism in Delhi University is one of the most expensive colleges with a fees as high as 69000 for the first year but also the placement rate in the college is very good and internships are available from the third semester.
Campus Life
The campus life is very good as the environment here is very oeaceful and clean. Also, we have access to the central library as we have an integrated program in journalism. The societies or the clubs of the college are a bit inactive than the other colleges.
Admission
CUET is the entrance exam an individual has to clear for getting an admission in the Delhi University and the admission process is simple through the CSAS portal of Delhi University. The college you get after the cuet exam depends on your score and the order in which you have listed the colleges on the portal after simulated ranks list.
Faculty
The faculty members are very good but some of them are not very up to the mark as they do not seem to be professionals of the course you are doing. But most of the faculty members are the ones who have been into the journalism field.
