ALL ABOUT GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY

The curriculum of the universities is structured well for over all development of the student's kill and also for the real world application the university is also more focus on practicals for the students. However there are few subjects which I think is not at all required for the student to study as a bachelor of Technology student and those subjects should be removed. Exam schedule here is really poor as the semester of 6 month will be conducted in 4 month and the exams are also held even though the syllabus is completed or not.

The university give opportunity to the students for internship right from this second year of the students college life however I'm going to complete my college I have not done any kind of internship yet so I cannot give any comments on that however I feel that I will be doing few internship within the completion of my second year in this college.

Students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year there are a number of companies which university bring for the student like Microsoft Google TCS etc etc. And total of around 500 companies visit the campus which provides around the highest package of 48 lakh per annum and average package of 5 to 6 lakh per annum. Percentage of student is high but the ground reality is that the most of the students are not even allowed to sit in the placement because of different type of criteria as because this university in large number of student every year which becomes difficult for the university for giving placement to each and every student enrolled. My plan is to prepare for CDS AFCAT and other technical entries of Defence forces after completion of this degree.

As I discussed earlier the main factor for me to enroll myself here was the fees as the University provide all the necessary facilities which Is provided by any other tire 3 college charging 14 to 15 lakhs from a student. However in a low fee structure the placement of the university is as equal to a tire 3 University. And also you know so having you feel your city provide scholarship on the basis of cuet score and 12th result

The university organise very good fests like prarambh in the month of October , UNIFEST in the month of april and also technical fests like HACKTHON in the month April-may. Student have the accessibility of all the general and books available in the library whenever they want. The faculties and Technology provision within the classroom is good. The University support the extra curricular activities in the campus and also give opportunity to students to show there sportsmanship. Yes there are every type of social groups and clubs run by students which make impact on the social life of a student and like student Council technical clubs and many more.

For taking admission in B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering students for minimum of 60% in PCM in the class 12th. The application form will be available easily on the Galgotia University website which will cost around 1100 rupees and the home will be available from may till September. The difficulty level of exams held here is moderate but however it becomes hard for a student as the exam time or we can say schedule is very poor we can say that the university conduct exam before completion of the 6 months of the semester.

However student to Faculty ratio is low but the faculties here are really very good and are highly qualified they are very supportive to the student whether it's the curricular course or any other extra curricular activity however we cannot say every faculty is same few of them are not much supportive and only focus on the curricular which is provided by the University and not get involved in other kind of activities.
