truthful review of svnit

when i prepared for JEE and when my result came according to my rank this course is the best which i got and also because of my intrest. almost daily the practical lab are to be held and by the help of these labs we are well prepared for the real world problems. in this mechanical engineering course there can be many things which can be improved like the way of doing practicals i think the course is designed by the best of the best proffersors so there is no need of improvement in that. my exams takes place in two different formats called as mid-semester and end-semester exam mid sem are of 30 marks and end sem are of 50 marks other 20 marks are of tests and assignments which are held in daily classes.

as i am in first year i did not get any type of internship but in secind year i will definitely try my best for it. and talking about the projects there are many projects going on in the campus but first year students are not allowed for taking pasrt in these type of projects.

if i talk about the on campus pacements students are eligible for it in their 6 semester or fourth year. theie are many companies visited svnit campus this year around 153 and very big companies also visited like google, facebook hazira etc. the highest package this year is 44 lakhs p.a and avg. package is around 15 lakhs. around 75 percent students are getting placed every year in the college. i will also prepare for the job to be placed.

the tution fees of the college is around 62000 per semester and around 38000 for hostel and mess. till i had taken admission in the college no increment in the fees is taken place. now if you are a sc, st student you should need not to give any tution fees only a minimal service charge of the college is taken which is 7500. and if your family income is less than 100000 than you will get the full fees remission after submittion of the fees and the remmission is also according to the family income some will get 2/3 remission also.around 70 percent of the students are getting their jobs in on c ampus placements.

SVNIT is having a south gujarat's biggest cultural fest named SPARSH. which is held around jan-feb . and the techanical fest is mindbend. and many other fest also takes place in the college. if i talk about the library it is one of the place in the college thry issue a library card and we can use any book for 15 days by using that card. i think there is no need of purchasing book from outside. aas i told the classromms are not soo good only projectors are fitted in the classrooms. there are many students clubs, chapters and groups anad they are literally very good for the students. a cub named dristhi made a rover for moon by the students only. for the sports there is a big SAC ground where we can play cricket and almost all the sports. and the biggets opportunity for the students is the inter nit sports tournament.

in the hostel of svnit it is compulsory for the students to live in the hostel only. only the localites are allowed to live outside the campus. teh mess is the worst thing in the whole campus.the registeration of hostel is online and no single occupany rooms are available.

after the preparation of jee mains i get got a good rank and then i applied for the JOSSA counselling. after that i get this SVNIT college and mechanical branch. for this course you should qualified JEE mains exam and then register for JOSSA counselling. after the jossa counselling if you get this college a list of document is shown and you should upload all of these documents and then you sholud go for the offline registeration and admission process. if you are a sc, st candidate you will get a big benefit in the admission. your admission will take place at lower rank. the admission process is very well. and does not need any type of improvement.

the faculty members in the college are well qualified and gives us great teachings with their experience. the faculty members are also in a amount for every semester and every subject we get a new professor. some of the faculty members are very good in teaching and explaining things but some are not soo good in teaching dont know why. some of the faculty members are having the experience more than my age. we can interact very eaasily to these faculties also in their cabin outside the class.
