DDIT! A COLLEGE FOR SINCERE STUDENTS

One thing I find bad that a little sports activity take place in this College.

I find this College very helpful for a middle-class student like me and campus of the college is also quite decent. And my brothers also studied there in the same field. The one thing I love about this College is Professor finished their particular subject within a time limit.

The course is designed such that the students can learn basics as well as it helps them to climb stairs of future technologies. The course is as hard as all IIT's college and also not so small or not so big. So in exams students don't feel any difficulty.

Yes. Our college provides internship so we have to find one ourselves but when we can't find the college help us to find an internship. We have to do 1 to 2 months internship. Some company like Honeywell offers a paid internship.

Placement in Ddit is marvelous. For IT and Computer almost every student get placed every year. In my IC branch, the placement is about 70%. The big companies like Reliance, L&T, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Infotech, Nirma and many more come during the placement period.

If you're looking for the college that celebrates throughout the year then Ddit is not for you. The college celebrates every year their culture event-'felicific'. It is Organised by different branch every year. Sports week also celebrated simultaneously with felicific.

The fee structure is different, depending upon in which seat you take the admission. In government the fee is 3500, in self-finance, the fee is 72000 and in tfws, the fee is 2700 per semester. Also, we can apply for MYSY scholarship in this College and can receive some scholarship.

Scholarship facility is provided by this College. There is mainly 2 scholarship that I'm aware of and they are MYSY and Digital Gujarat. One can apply in either scholarship.

Campus life is not that carefree but yes students enjoy their campus life. The gender ratio is 45%. There are some groups like IEEE, MAALGADI, DECIBEL, and DDU-CONNECT for extracurricular activities. Labs are quite good that students can perform the experiment. Sports week come with cultural program and competitions also held in that cultural week.

Hostel facilities are good but not the best. Hostel structure is good but also it is strict. There is also a gym in the hostel without any instructor. Mess food is as usual not so good quality. But on Saturday & Sunday, they make decent food. They give 2 times meal.

Most of the seniors I meet are good. They are helpful, supportive and give knowledge based on their experience.

Every student in our college finds the exam structure quite difficult. There are mainly 4 exams. We have to five 3 internals in 3 months. And then final external. Internal is of 36 marks and external of 60 marks. College gives each student 3 chances to pass every subject and they are Remedial and Re-Remedial.

First I gave my 12th and Jee entrance exam. Then by combining that two results, I was given ACPC rank. The higher your rank the greater the possibility of the admission. So I selected a few colleges and my rank was around 6200 and I took the admission in the ddit with government seat.

The facility of Ddit is supportive and motivating. Most of them finished their course within the time limit and teach their topics so that most students can understand it. They also clear students dought whenever they ask. For each subject, there is more than two faculty.
