Think before selecting Ravenshaw.

The college environment is too good and friendly expect college election. The note for management is pleased you people just change the thought for students and appointment good management people for the university welfare. This is 2019, not 1970 so please grow up.

The name and fame of the particular university are too high in Odisha, Rather than any other university ravensha having more course, lectures, better classroom and the better accommodation for the students. Most of the influential person of Odisha are completed their college life from the same university so I and my family members have given the first priority to the same college.

Here you have a list of courses and subjects. at the time of admission you have to select the courses with more important then you will get more help from lectures and seniors. Mostly my family members and lectures helped me to find a better course for me.

Mostly some of-of the courses provide internship to there student without stipends. That internship certificate is also not that valid.

The university rarely arranges placement opportunities. Those are like Wipro . Infosys. TCS but they takers only some of the candidate. Like for more than 7000 students, there are only 10 companies to provide a job opportunity. So for me, the college placement sell does not exist.

Every year Rather than college election There are so many occasions celebrated here like, all pujas, annual day celebration of college annual day celebration of departments & hostels, sports events, placement events, Manali tour, etc, but the college election events are more priority rather than any other events.

Maybe Ravenshaw university is a government institution but its fee structure is too high rather than any other university. most of the courses are highly costly and expensive. In professional courses, the fee is equal to the private institutions. The students also have to bear the other charges rather than courses fees.

There are many government scholarship facilities for scholar students. But for the loan facilities, you have to depend upon the nearby bank but the college will provide all necessary documents.

The campus is fully influenced by different political parties. The students are not safe because of local goons and the university authority is not that good. The police is also not that supportive for students. Rather than all those factors, the campus life is too good, all the facilities like sports, the laboratory is good.

The Hostel are the historical thing of Ravenshaw university the hotel's fee is too less like for each and every meal the charges are like 20 to 25 rupee as the price is too less the food quality is also average and for all the facilities you have to pay 5000 rupees for one year free the college hostels are clean as the campus.

All alumni are too responsive for the future generations so you have to take care of the College campus.

There is 2 semester in a year 1 is on Nov- Dec and another is on April - May the exam facilities are good but there is always a chance of postponing because of college politics and strike. In most of the cases, we found out of syllabus questions so it's too pressure case for students.

The selection process is a little bit different rather than any other institutions. In some cases, you have to go as per government of Odisha guidelines and they will select you as per merit list. But in professional studies, they have different strategies to select the students like entrance test, group discussion, and PI they finally. For me it was a test, then PI and then admission.

Rather than any other government institutions Ravensha have more facility for its students like,good hostel it's available as per merit list then digital library it's open for 14 hrs a day for all of its students the biggest library of odhia Kanika library is available here with a/c and all kind of books available for you. You can assess it with free of cost
